I am a voluntary user of the interlock system. The guys at the Concord, NC. office have always been nice. Jason especially is a decent person and makes sure I am taken care of. My only negative is that, mouth pieces are not always available. I pay 2 months at a time.

As a first time costumer was I nervous heck yes, but was made felt comfortable and was respected. Clear instructions on how to use the device and all the fees are wrote out. Ron was great at multitasking and I am thankful to find Smart start and to work with them in this journey I will be on.
