I visited this store at the end of March to return my equipment and cancel my service and while the representative was happy to cancel my service they refused to accept the returned equipment. As a former spectrum employee I knew that this was against company policy but did not want to start drama in the store. I utilized the UPS store in Hudson North Carolina to return the equipment and have received harassing phone calls from spectrum since the end of April about this equipment. Spectrum utilizes fraud in order to maintain subscriber account and pad its numbers in order to defraud investors. They plan to initiate a voice recognition system soon that will allow them to more easily commit fraud and more easily mislead investors. I do not recommend anyone do business with spectrum at all specifically this location as it employs people who refuse to do the job they were hired to do.Spectrum utilizes methods that are fraudulent in order to pat accounts and upgrade services without customer approval. This is known as a CPNI violation and is a federal crime.In response to the comment from the supposed owner:I will be filing a complaint with the FCC. Account changes were made when it was impossible for me to request or authorize those changes in early March. Spectrum is well aware of my complaint and appears to only wish to instigate further escalations thus the FCC will be contacted.Update: Because the customer service representative lied to me when I shut my service off and said they were unable to take my returned equipment in store and because UPS evidently lost my return to equipment, spectrum has sent my account to collections for the total cost of the equipment that they refused to take back in store. I know that this customer service rep lied to me about the policy because I am a former employee. Do not do business with these crooks, liars and thieves they will defraud you and not take responsibility for their actions.

Spectrum mobile is the WORST mobile service ever! The service is so slow that it always times out. Sometimes when I dial a #, it just says call ended. It will do this 5 times & then finally dial the #.

Only one employee present. Waited 30 minutes and then left. Returned 45 minutes later with just a 15 minute wait that time. Then the service was fine.

Very rude customer service.My wife tried too return equipment because her name is not on the contract they wont take it back.I cant be there they turned.Just a return no money involved.The equipment has all bar codes its all linked to me.Probably because were white.

Pathetic Customer Service at this store.Please go to other stores in the area if you want help. Really bad staffing decision from Spectrum. They open a store in the mall(high foot traffic) and staff it with most unhelpful staff. Please stay away especially the lady named Catarina(braids).

The staff in this store are not inclined to help the customers especially their employee Katherina. She just kept turning away all customers and advising other employees on how to turn away the customers.Really horrible experience. Please stay away from the store.

Spectrum is absolutely terrible. Customer service is terrible also, nobody actually really cares. You can tell it’s a call center and everyone would rather pass you off to the next person instead of solving the issue. They also add on services without telling you and won’t refund you if it’s not within a certain time frame of adding the service. I never received notice of the service being added either. I’ve been paying for tv services for 6 months meaning I’ve paid $300+ for services I never even used. I only requested internet and they still added it on without my permission/consent and even notification. I would never recommend this place and I seriously hope a class action lawsuit takes place. 10/10 would NOT recommended them.

Told me to take my SPECTRUM returning equipment to UPS ON 4/12/23 when I came to drop if off there. Staff was not helpful at all even when they were twiddling their thumbs not doing anything constructive with their lives. DO NOT RECCOMEND

since no contract my home bill has gone up every year. this year it has gone up $29 a month. $348 a year. I have not added anything to my service. I have cable and TV only. No sports package, not any plus channel like Disney+ or any of them. Not HBO or any others. I have voice over internet but the prices kept rising also. so I canceled it. now my wife and me are contemplating cancelling the TV PACKAGE as well.

Just awful. AVOID! Foreign speaking help. Rolling internet speed reductions. High cost. Try and terminate service and you get the runaround and get put on hold for 20 minutes.

TLDR - Employee Kierra added a service I didn't authorize and caused a massive headache. Customer service is borderline harassing with a lot of calls offering services and will screw up your account within 24 hrs of beginning your account.Full Review- I went to pick up equipment as a first time Spectrum Internet user. Employee Kierra added Spectrum TV without my consent. When I got home and got an itemized bill emailed to me with the TV service added, I called customer service. They told me they couldn't do anything to remove it because the account wasn't activated yet and I'd have to wait a few days until I turned on service. Overnight I received an email saying TV and Internet were canceled. I returned to the store the next day and was told the equipment I just got the day before would not work and I'd have to bring it back in. They created another account for me and did not tell me my 4 digit pass code, needed for a lot of customer service. I have since fielded 3 separate calls from 3 separate Spectrum people today asking me if I want Spectrum TV, which caused the problem to begin with. I wish I had another internet alternative but I don't, so I will use this service begrudgingly until Google Fiber or AT&T is available in my area.
