I had to make an Amazon return and the lady behind the counter was so rude. I've been there for a return before and it went smoothly. This woman was snappy and rude. I did have some items to purchase for my office, but not there anymore.

There needs to be better communication to your consumers. There is a parking lot full of people waiting to conduct business because it states the store is open at 9am on ALL platforms. But the time the store actually opens is 10am. Over seen dozens of people park, get of their car, walk to the store, only to turn around because the store isn’t opened and they all end up driving away. There is no reason that an open time of 9am is being advertised and that is not the correct time. That needs to be fixed immediately! You have elderly people getting out and gathering their things to have to walk back to their cars.

I went to get some copies for a lesson I was doing. The ladies at the copiers near the Concord mall was ignoring me and staying on the phone would not help me at all. I'm glad I wasn't in a hurry. I have never had such bad service in that area since I have came there.

Incompetent and rude. Missed a huge project after the print team didn't print my project, & they lied after they committed to transfer it to a different store. But when I arrived at the other store it was not completed or transferred. April the manager was rude and unwilling to help me. She took no responsibility for her incompetent team and lack of customer care.

I have had fabulous & horrible experiences at this Staples. They are always willing to "try" to help me with whatever I am in need of but I am still out a desk and cabinet I prepaid for and didn't have the correct vehicle to take it home that day...then, COVID hit me and it was sold out from under me because it wasn't placed in the back with my name & sold on it! errrr

ok store. wish they have an entry way from the mall but you have to go out from the mall to go into staples. The prices could be better and clearance section isn't good everything is out of place not right prices showing in the boxes.

Do better! Hours on website say 9-6. Stores open at 10!!! Do better!!!!

Staples has almost anything you could need for work, home office, school supplies, prices are decent, staff are friendly. I would recommend Staples to anyone.

Giving a shout out to April at the Staples in Concord, NC. Went in to purchase a monitor and a chair mat, unfortunately even though their website said both items were in store, they were not so had to order them for delivery. April however was very helpful in the process including helping me with my rewards points. I would recommend this location for anyone looking for any office supplies or other needs related to business.

I would give it 0 stars if those interested would think it wasn’t an oversight on my part. I do soooo much business there and there are lots of helpful employees behind the counter where pictures and copies are made. And then I get the one occasionally like last weekend. I don’t have a name but was so not interested in customer service. Staples!!!!!! Do a better job training your employees to assist the public.

I got in my truck and drove to staples for business cards, I asked the woman working at the printing station about getting new business cards printed, I had a card printed at a staples in my previous state, she told me to go online and order, then I could come back and get cards, I was leaving shaking my head and another associate asked if I got what I came for, I said no, I'm confused, I drove here to get cards and I'm walking out without buying any, she told me to go online, I should download the app and order, so I went to my truck and Googled local printers, called, spoke to a lovely associate at Minuteman Press, they said cmon over, they offered options, gave a qoute, and purchased cards, why do you even have a brick and mortar store staples? Your associates tell me " go online " hell, I could just order from Vista print or Amazon if I want online, your company is doomed to fail, you should all be looking for new jobs
