Jose was a true day maker for our family! We spent a lot of time digging in the build a minifigure bins for some specific pieces and he did his best to make sure we left the store with everything we hoped to leave with — including asking if we were locals so he could connect us with some pieces out of his personal collection to help us finish ours. He went above and beyond and really made our day! We will make sure to come back the next time we are in town!

We are avid Lego fans and always swing by the Lego store everytime we are at Concord Mills. Customer service is always on point and the selection is very good. Was able to find sets here that I couldn't find other places. Great for kids and adults. 10 out of 10 would definitely recommend.

Took my children to the LEGO store for the free Ninjago character build and it was an incredible experience! The kids absolutely loved creating their own characters and were smiling the entire time. The staff made all the difference - Jose, Nancy and Melanie were exceptionally helpful, patient with the little ones, and went above and beyond to make sure everyone had a great time. They answered all my kids' questions and even offered building tips. This kind of amazing service is what keeps us coming back. If you have children who love LEGO, I highly recommend checking out their free build events!
