very racist store, treats employees like slaves. Manger there went up to an african american man working and told him “Good BOY, keep working” . this place is a modern day plantation in my opinion.

Dan has a terrible attitude. I will never shop there again. I was so disappointed. I had a return and the tag was not attached to the clothes he was too lazy to do his job.

I was at this store yesterday 07/28 and grabbed a few pants to try on. And in the pocket of one jeans were two magnetic pins with open needles which scratched my leg to blood. I was really upset and frightened yesterday that is why I did not left a claim or a negative review, but looking back on this situation it is terrible since I am afraid now and has been thinking of catching some infections for the second day. They gave me alcohol wipes and two bandages, but anyway I am really upset with this situation, my leg is damaged and I have these intrusive thoughts. I don’t want to come back to this shop again.
UPDATE: Called to customer service and it did not help, they just told they are going to contact this store. Fake customer service, they pretend that they care

I love, love, LOVE this TJmaxx/homegoods, but when we were in here this past weeked I had to put all of my stuff up due to the line being to the back of the store. If you have a combined store, please add more registers on each side.

Old and disorganized store glad to see them moving to have a more up to date look. Didn't realize on 8-30 store closed told customer in a letter to visit their location.

The store is nice however the employees aren't good and provide outstanding service. The i gave the cashier a screen shot of the gift card it wouldn't work and she manually put it in still wouldn't work. I try the Belgate location and it work just fine over there than it at Concord Mills. I like the older store they had better employees than the present location. It was better that they were in the mall and we have to cross over to their bigger and better location and their employees aren't that good to begin with

My last shopping experience at TJ Maxx Concord was so bad I could not believe customer service/ retail has really dropped.
I found myself shopping for the workers by matching items that were a two piece but now had been priced as one item only to reach the counter and be told it's the wrong price on 5 separate items. And now that you have found them we have to sell them as a set regardless about the price and marking that says priced 1 item. Now I realize I went to work for them and dud not know it.
TJ Maxx match your items before shoppers come to shop especially the ones you send a special invite out to.
I had been shopping at TJ Maxx trying to buy for my pre teen niece and the items were priced but some of the same items had different pricing that was why I waited in a long line to get answers bc the associate I asked on the floor said that's what I had to do. Mind you I am on a wonderful 2 hr lunch break and and I choose TJ Maxx to spend my time shopping for my niece not your store then be treated like I was the problem. Your pricing was marked wrong on items. Then I was told something that was priced marked should have be 9 dollars instead of 5 dollars. All I can say is I dud not come to work at your CONCORD NC, STORE I CAME TO SHOP AND BUY ITEMS.

This location is normally my go to even though it's a bit out of the way compared to other locations in the CLT metro. However, after today I'm not sure I'll stop here again.
It was impossible to shop in peace because the staff was on the loud speaker every 2-5 minutes and I am not exaggerating. Either announcing that someone had donated to a fund or trying to talk people into the credit card. Twice someone was literally just asking for the "girls in jewelry to make some noise."
This is not a concert - it's a store. On top of that the store was in disarray and the entry smelled literally of urine. Perhaps spend a bit more time on the upkeep of your store versus harassing customers.
Note that the cashier at register 5 around 12:15pm on July 21 was a gem, which is the purpose for 2 stars.
