All I can say is: AMAZING!!! Thomas and his team at TJ's set the standard for QUALITY, FAIR and, above all, HONEST RV repair. Big shout out to Robert and his skill and knowledge identifying the source of our water leak, and what needed to happen to mitigate. Look at the pictures. The 'before' show you what a slow water leak can do. That's a rotted floor in our 2017 Greyhawk. The 'after' doesn't begin to show Robert's skill and talent with this type of repair! It looks better than original.
I challenge anyone to find another repair facility that gives an honest assessment, honest price AND ACTUALLY CHARGES LESS when the job is complete. They saved some labor hours, and rather than just charging the bid amount they gave us credit for the saved hours!! You can bet we will use TJ's RV for all our repair/service needs. THANK YOU!!

I cannot say enough great things about Thomas and his team at TJ's. There is nothing better than coming back from a trip having a list of things that need to be addressed sitting on the dash and knowing when I come back to head out on another adventure everything has been fixed.
Let's face it if you own an RV you know they are never 100%. TJ's can make sure you are ready for next trip.
Prices are very reasonable and their knowledge is incredible. There is nothing I have ever asked them to do they could not take care of for me.

We've been storing our camper at TJs for over three years now and have had a great experience. Thomas and Luke (and their guys) are always extremely helpful whenever we have questions or issues. It's super convenient that they can take care of any maintenance you might need right on site. I highly recommend them!

We call them "The Wizards of Concord NC"
April 2024 -As Snowbirds in-transit home to the cold North from a warm winter spent this year on the NC coast, we were referred to TJs to diagnose and fix a troublesome HVAC issue that would have made the 900 mile trip home and a cold month of May troublesome for our old heat loving bones. Expert Wizard Olaf along with Wizard Robert, Chief Wizard Thomas and Son Wizard Luke found the problem(s), fixed the problems and facilitated all the paperwork for a reasonable warranty claim to get us on our way. We highly recommend using Thomas and Luke's team for all RV repair needs. We will likely drive the 900+ miles south in future to repeat this excellent service experience should the need arise. We were lucky to get a storage spot at TJ's. Since TJ also repairs RV's, we switched from Camping World to TJ. We had so many issues with Camping World. They replaced the regulator on one of our water heaters and it worked sporadically after that. After several trips to Camping World and $140 each time the water heater failed to light and to have CW tell us they couldn't find the problem, we were happy to ask TJ to look at it. He kept the RV for two weeks and tried to find the issue but couldn't. We took it back when it failed again and Olaf found the issue! The problem: when CW replaced the regulator, they didn't properly install the new one. Finally! After hundreds of dollars paid to CW (who messed it up to begin with) and 2 years of issues, it was fixed! Then we thought we had to replace our steps due to owner error but Olaf fixed them saving us about $2000 and they work great now. TJ is one of the most honest, accommodating businesses I have ever used. The prices are fair and not over inflated and the technicians will explain everything to you until you understand it. They accept the extended warranty and perform recall work too. I would highly recommend TJ for storing and any RV repairs. Excellent customer service!
