“ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. Growing up i remember this place for my parents being super super expensive, and I came back and it is not so bad, affordable for the quality. But I was helped by Sydney, i am hoping I am spelling that correct, she i believe is the manager at this location and my god she was stupendously helpful and friendly, and this was when multiple things were going on and she was handling them all incredibly at the same time with ease while still not taking away focus or attention from me, she was sewing up a bear while helping assisting me and while I filled stuff out she was helping other employees with certain things they needed answers on, she is extremely welcoming and goes above and beyond. I was there a week or more ago and I came back today when they're was maybe 20 to 15 minutes left till they closed and she was no different. Very helpful, assisted with everything, patient and answered all the dumb questions I had having not build a bear in over a decade. And I was also getting a gift for my girlfriend while she was there with me, she was insightful to have the pad that shows what you are purchasing moved away so that my girlfriend does not see, and I was ecstatic that she would think to do that to help me out on keeping the surprise. I 100% RECOMMEND THIS STORE AND LOCATION AND THIS MANAGER NEEDS A RAISE AND A PROMOTION!!!!!!!!!”

“My favorite bargain store for almost anything! If you're looking for something for your home, garden, party supplies, whatever, check here before Walmart or Target. If they have it, it's probably cheaper than elsewhere.”

“This review is for the store in the Concord Mall, it seems like some other reviews are for the factory store. My son is obsessed with trains, so I was excited to stop in here. He's only four, so he is not ready for Lionel trains yet, but it was still fun to browse around. They had a ton of different options and some fun showcases. Right now they were displaying their light up holiday tracks, which were super fun. This store has a huge selection of Nascar cars as well, makes sense based on the store's proximity to the Speedway. I ended up getting me son small railway signs for his wooden tracks at home. I would have loved to see more accessories for purchase that didn't require a Lionel train. But, I also get that, it's not the purpose of the store.Employees were friendly and happy to help if you needed it!”
