Michelle was so nice to the two white gentleman in front of me. She greeted them and went out of her way to help them. But when it came to me..I felt like she didn’t care. She didn’t ask how I was doing even though I began with a big smile and said “Good morning ma’am! How are you?” Furthermore, I had to bag my own things as she just left it on the counter for me to do so. Very weird. No big deal! But definitely worth to note because I didn’t get the same quality of customer service as the two gentlemen in front of me. Man, sometimes I wish I was white too.

I love the employees that work there. The only downfall is the Store Manager, Jay. That store is nothing like it was last year when Keith was the store manager. Jay dosent care about the customers like everyone else. He will be standing at the service desk on his phone alot of the times and try to get someone else to help a customer while he takes care of something un-work related. That store has took a turn for the worst with him there

I bought Rye grass seed from the Concod location the grass seed did not do well at all. I bought five 50 pound bags. and the seed came up in patches I took pictures and went back to the store and showed the store manager. He stated he would contact the vendor and get back with me however, he never did what he said he was gonna do so after a couple of weeks I contacted the corporate office they told me that someone would be calling me back within 24 hours and I never received a call back. Also I show the manager pictures of what the product produced. I think this was a problem of bad bags of seed high of they elected not to do anything about it. I will never shop there again and close my Credit account Because they don’t value my business as a customer.

Their cow feed is double the price of other tractor supplies just an hour away. They used to price match their own stores (past 3 years never had an issue) and now they dont. When speaking with a manager the only insite you get is their "local competitor" price match guarantee (even though no one ever said competitor). The online policy only limits local competitor matches and does NOT limit other tractor supply matches. But I guess Im the only one that reads the policy before purchasing.
You get directed to call their support number but thats just as misleading as everything else cause the only way to get a hold of someone is by pressing the following buttons: 2 (enter a fake phone number), 7 and then 9. There is another trick going through the rewards that i learned you can press 9 to talk to someone. The point is you have to press 9 to speak with someone but when you listen to the options there is no 9.
After finally deciphering the matrix i spoke with someone who promised me a district manager would call me directly due to the inconsistent behavior of the managers and assured me each district have the same rules(haaaaaa, Salisbury concord Charlotte all have different rules and guidelines), and apologized for the stores not price matching in house. I never got that call. That was 2 weeks ago. I called again this week and someone pretended to speak on behalf of a manager and after questioning them turned out, lied and was not even an administrator or manager. So now they have employees callling with fake titles.
So they are inconsistent, add words to their policy that are not there, liars, and set up a support system that i am certain was created by a 4 year old.
I would do everything in my power to stay away from this company due to them being incompetent or nonethical.......but most likely both.

Every time I come in I have noticed how well cared for the chicks are. The area is clean and the food/water is clean and filled. The team was so helpful when we chose our chicks a few weeks ago. Will come back due to how they this store treats and cares for the animals.

Was at the tractor supply in mooresville nc yesterday and had a bad experience. U can see my review there. Was going to cut tractor supply off my list all together but decided to give it another go but this time at a different store. Came here and Ken and Mitchell were awesome. They were understanding of my frustrations with the other store and made the whole process as smooth as possible (the way it shud be). Thank you Ken and Mitch for showing me that there is still customer appreciation in this country. Bcuz without customers we'd all be without a job. And as a truck driver (the most under appreciated people in the world) I still realize we need each other. God bless.

Got the wrong item delivered - all the personnel were super polite and helped immediately. A manager (Jim) brought the replacement item himself to my home within 90 minutes on Sunday. SUPER service!!!
