Arrived at opening so I could pick up paint that I waited a week for. I was 3rd person in line & was told to go to paint dept.. (my painter was at my house waiting) I waited & waited & was told they just opened & they were setting up. Shouldn't they open after they were ready to help customers? After waiting for over 15 mins. I finally got someone to help me. Somehow, 8 men were helped before me!! All I needed was my can of paint shaken & to check out. I was ignored & feel they didn't care about my business.
I will not be going there again!

Employees are always very friendly! They always ask if you found want you needed and it seems genuine - not a fake "I have to ask this"

Bill and the entire staff were helpful. My first time on the store looking for air filters. I didn’t realize the store closed within 5 minutes of my arrival time. Because of the staff and their patience. They assisted me in understanding the different types of filters and deciding which filter grade would be best for my family. I will be a returning customer

Found the chainsaw online for $379 curbside pickup. Went to store to buy and the price was $399. Showed the price online to manager and he looked it up and said $399 was the price. Would not match the advertised price so I left and went to a competitor and purchased the saw for $379. I also spent about $600 more dollars on other stuff. I pays to ask how can we make this right. Ace Hardware will never get a penny from me ever.

Yep as stated a few reviews below they won’t deal with you if you’re not white. Was totally ignored by every single employee in every single department on the morning of 10-1-24. Will take my business elsewhere where it’s appreciated.

You'll find friendly, HELPFUL, KNOWLEDGEABLE people who can (and will) happily help you out. Here, you won't have to buy 50 sheets of sandpaper if you only need one. If you're seeking guidance on how to approach or fix a project, you will get help here. If you seek "how to recover from abject failure on the first try" counseling, then you've arrived.
They do A LOT with a little. While the square footage is not that of the Sofi Stadium, they carry more than meets the eye. None of this having to ask 15 people the same question or being sent all over heck's half acre because no one really knows for certain where it is or what it is.
