I have tried to support local small businesses, and I have often purchased items from this store. I wouldn’t say they are real friendly, but some are. I had the same experience with a key as others did. The guy never spoke a word, made the key and then threw it on the counter. He acted as if I was robbing the store. I had an additional item to purchase, about $20 , but I left it there as I was getting out of there. They need to understand that customers provide their income.

Went to get a key cut and this slim build individual,with glasses possessed negative energy. He never greeted me and made me feel as,if I did something repugnant by simply coming in the store. I believe this guy needs to consider a job,where customer interaction isn't required.

Nice to see a old fashion hardware store still around the people are kinda nice the guy that helped up after waiting 5 minutes for a key to be made walked up didn’t speak or nothing like we were bothering him .it’s the people these days that work in customer service that are rude

I've never been more impressed with outdoor power tool service than I was at pointers. Had a pricey chainsaw do something weird and cooked my first clutch in 20 years. I took back the following day and they repaired it almost instantly, I was amazed. They will always always have my business!

Steven was great! I called early in the morning regarding a stand-on mower, Steven answered all of my questions and gave me great advice. After hanging up the phone I called The Power Outlet and the difference in customer service between the two was night and day. The Power Outlet rep didn’t provide much info about the mower I was interested in. He seemed like he didn’t care. I hung up the phone after two minutes and I called Steven back to let him know that I was on my way to purchase the mower at his location. Within 30min or so I was out the door with my $10k mower. The Power Outlet should take some notes from Steven great customer service. Pointer Ace Hardware has earned my business now and the foreseeable future.
