“JUST PURCHASED MY 2008 BULLITT MUSTANG FROM THESE GUYS AND COULDN'T BE HAPPIER. JAY WAS A PLEASURE TO WORK WITH AND PROVIDED US WITH ALL THE INFORMATION TO HELP MAKE OUR TRANSACTION SEAMLESS. WE WERE ABLE TO WORKOUT DETAILS THAT DAY ON AN OUT THE DOOR PRICE THAT WAS WHERE WE WANTED TO BE. THE VEHICLE WAS AS DESCRIBED WITH JUST A FEW SMALL FIXES THAT WAS EXPECTED FOR A CAR ALMOST 18 YEARS OLD AND WITH LESS THAN 30K MILES. ONCE GIVEN THE OPPORTUNITY TO TEST DRIVE AND INSPECT THE CAR IT WAS PRETTY MUCH A DONE DEAL. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP FOR ANYONE LOOKING FOR THAT SPECIAL RIDE FOR YOUR WEEKEND DRIVERS. AFTER FALLING FOR THIS MODEL MUSTANG 10-12 YEARS AGO. “Am very thankful to the staff at Royal Auto Sales who went way above and beyond to help me when I purchased my 2014 Lexus 420h from them. My situation was a little unique in that I was relocating back to the US after living abroad and showed up at their lot via Uber. They let me use their car to go to the bank for a bank check, saving me several hundred dollars in fees I would have paid if I used my debit card. They have a lovely woman on staff who sells auto insurance and was able to get me set up right away. I explained to them that I was only in Charlotte for a day or two, then going to visit family in South Carolina before moving to Ohio but I didn't have a permanent address in Ohio yet. They kept the title for me, then sent it via FedEx once I had an address. I'm also really happy with the vehicle and think the price was fair. Super thankful for all of their support and glad everything worked out despite a lot of moving parts. Everyone I interacted with there was pleasant and professional. Highly recommended!”
