Terrible rude Customer Service from the Indian woman sitting behind the counter. She needs to be shadowed by her Manager for a few days. She is more interested in her Phone than Customers. I thought the Postal Service was trying to get a handle on how they presented their services to the public?

My complaint is the same as the previous. I asked the woman at the post office depot for a receipt for my packages. She said they do not give any. I asked what proof do I have that I dropped my packages off? She shook her head to say None! What changed? They used to give receipts. Is it because they may not make any money off of pre-labeled packages? Or they don’t want to spend money on receipts for pre-label packages? Whatever the case, it should not be legal to do that!

This counter is inside the gas station. I have been here many times before with no issue and now suddenly the woman refuses to scan prelabeled packages and give a receipt. There are literally piles of packages sitting all around their counter and on the floor. I was told to just set mine with the rest. I felt completely uncomfortable leaving my package there without even being scanned. Anybody could walk in the convenience store and take it with zero record of it! The only thing I would trust this location for is buying stamps. Anything else and you are risking your package being stolen. I went to the post office on 29 afterward to mail the packages and the employee said many people have had the same issue and they should be shut down.

I've been going here my whole life and after seeing the reviews I had to leave one myself. The owner lived in my neighborhood growing up and I think he sold the place, the New Mexican restaurant and new owners here are still great. I'm very personal with them maybe the people leaving reviews are just bad people. Great gas station!

Stopped here for the first time and they tried to overcharge me. Thank God my math is on point and I went in with exact change. Be careful and mindful here especially sending kids who's math may not be as good.

Post office portion is terrible. Rude. Rude. Rude. Regular post office is nearby at 455 Concord Parkway (has low reviews, too) which seems this drop off location prefers if you are just dropping off packages and not printing labels with them. Limited supplies and services.

Gas was supposed to be less expensive so we went there. Just as high as everywhere else. Long wait in line while the owner stood there doing nothing.

Although I don't have much interaction with the gas station, I have plenty with the man in the Post Office. I mail things at least twice a week and he consistently harasses me. I sell things on ebay and once one of my packages was lost because it wasn't scanned. I had to refund them and still had to pay for the item and shipping. So now I scan everything and he does everything he can to refuse me. He complains how many I have, which I never have more than 5 at a time, even when there is no one behind me. He told me there was a limit, even though the main post office said there's not. It takes about 1 minute to scan them, but he complains so much it takes longer than necessary, and that's after waiting in line behind someone that took at least 10 minutes because he had to call home twice to get correct addresses on multiple packages. Now he's saying he's not even supposed to scan them and I'm not supposed to come in because they are prepaid. Where else do I take them, but a Post Office. The main Post Office has NEVER had a problem with me or scanning my packages. I think he's making this up, but I don't know why. He's very rude and harasses me every time I come in, so I won't be able to go to a closer Post Office, which in my opinion is beyond unacceptable. I have always been very polite, so I don't know what his problem with me is.

Not gon lie, i was a lil skepitcal to use a post office attached to a gas station ad im a boujee cali girl BUT i was mistaken! Yall need to stop playing. Get your gas, drinks & snacks and mail your items. I came in PREPARED (items boxed up, envelopes sealed and labeled) and Sam readily served me and even had me double check an address. It was easy process even with 4 boxes and 30 envelopes. I dont live nearby but ill definitely be back!

If I could I would give this place a zero! The owner is rude and I will never ever patronize his business even if my car ran out of gas. I went there on a Saturday to drop off two letters at the post office inside the store. I had a smile on my face... were in a pandemic so always looking for something to be grateful for. I asked the man at the counter if the post office part was open. In a dismissive way he said no. I asked if the postal service picks up mail today. He said they always come. I asked does that mean they're coming today and will be back to pick up mail. Dismissively, he days, I told you they always come. Made no since, not even at standalone post offices do "they" come to pick up mail. There are specific times. He told me I could throw my letters on the blue ??? I could not understand. He was disrespectful for no reason. I opted not to drop my mail off there and drove 17 minutes out of my way to a stand-alone post office. I will be calling us postal service as this gas station owner does not need a government contract to draw traffic being this rude. It feels so degrading to be dismissed. Please do not patronize this man. There are plenty of gas stations in the vicinity. We are in a pandemic and there are many businesses that are closed due to social distancing. I can't believe the treatment. I wanted to give the benefit of the doubt, we are in stressful times so I calmly asked, "what times does the mail get picked up?" All the time.

Very Convenient, have used this location for years and have never been disappointed.
