I was promised my bill would be under $240 per month, but it’s consistently higher. The salespeople are like the wolves on Wall Street, and the customer service is terrible. Every month, I have to dispute my bill at least 2-3 times because they promised one thing and consistently lied. The proof is in the pictures l. Be aware before you lock into a contract you will regret.

I went end to have these guys look check and see if I could save any money on my bill. I hooked up with Kris Vogel and by the time I left I had upgraded to an iPhone 16 Pro and my son and daughter-in-law had upgraded to iPhone 16’s and my bill was gonna be over $100 lessa month. Chris was very patient very thorough and laid everything out out. He did an excellent job he is a five star rep.

Kris was excellent. I stopped by to ask questions about my phone and he was able to trade it for a new Samsung S24 and saved me on my monthly bill. My wife also got a free tablet 👌

I would do 0 stars if I could. Went in for a SIM card fix and left with what I thought was a promotional upgrade (using another upgrade in my plan, not an early upgrade for myself) and paying for a phone outright ($168.80 total, with the promotion). 5 months later I’m still being charged monthly for the phone… we have been up there FOUR times to get it fixed and they keep saying “you will see the refund on your next bill” yet here we are, still paying for a phone that nobody will help fix. Kris Vogel either steered me COMPLETELY wrong or made an error when pushing the promotion button (but after further review, the promotion button was never pushed and it appears to have used an early upgrade instead of an available upgrade). NOBODY will make it right. Receipts can’t print out magically. Nobody will refund us the money. Nobody will do anything and we have seen 3 different people up there (including Kris again). MAKE IT RIGHT!!!! My family is leaving Verizon solely because of this very simple issue that they won’t fix.
Don’t come here. Don’t waste your time. They don’t care about you and they will just sign you up for stuff without your knowledge and will tell you what you want to hear. Just go to the Verizon store at Concord Mills and be done with it.

Khris is amazing ! Fast and easy , excellent results ! when you come to concord parkway Verizon and ask for him when you walk in door ! and he also explains detail by detail how much you are paying and what you are paying for !

Went to this location to upgrade my familys 4 phones. I was assisted by Kristopher Vogel. Kris helped me out tremendously explaining all of our options and plans. He helped find the right plan to fit our needs and budget. Kris was also excellent in finding us offers and bonuses that we qualified for. I have been a Verizon customer for over about 20 years and this was the easiest upgrade we have had so far. Kris was patient and courteous and explained everything very well. I plan to return to Kris for any other Verizon related purchases I make in the future.

Absolutely terrible. Waisted 3 hour of my time. Made my bill more expensive. And out 680 dollars I now have to dispute with my bank. Avoid going here and just go to bestbuy. They have no idea what they are doing and don't even care when they screw you.

So if you need to upgrade your phone - see William Patterson @ Verizon on Kannapolis Pkwy in Concord - He is the BEST!!! He has MAD SKILLS!!! He’s professional, polite, and soooo helpful!! He not only downloaded my most recent phone - he had downloaded the phone before that & so I got to go down memory lane. My Mother & mother in law had both died during that time & I got to read old emails, texts & pics from both. It meant so much to me to be able to have ALL of it on my phone - not just in the ‘CLOUD’. It was emotional & wonderful & I have William to THANK for downloading both. He is very thorough & I’m grateful for what he did. It was such a nice surprise- I was only expecting my current phone to be downloaded. He is AWESOME - Stop by Verizon & see him! 😄

I was having issues with my charger and decided to stop in the Verizon wireless on concord parkway. Sales rep Nash was quick to assist and even notice I was eligible for an upgrade that lead to me walking out with a new phone.i appreciate the awareness of Nash that allowed to not miss out on great opportunity
