Went to store to make a new appt (as a new customer) AND for new frames, walked in… nobody greeted or asked if I needed assistance. Looked at frames for at least 10-15 mins, workers stood and talked and nobody acknowledged my presence. Other people walked in and was immediately approached. I politely put away my insurance card and credit card, walked out. Taking my business elsewhere. Thanks !

Be careful before taking appointment as doctors are not there, work remotely and they visit like once in week. They won't give heads up until you visit

Everyone is super nice and kind, nice and efficient especially Brooke, she was super nice, funny and helped me n my mom with getting our new glasses and stuff for the new year

Brooke was very helpful and informative. She crushed it. I was in between frames and she helped me close the deal by telling me which frames looked the best for my facial features.

Tyffani was so kind, very professional, and super informative. I've been to many eye centers and this visit was truly the best.It makes me so sad we were just visiting from out of town and my husband needed an adjustment on his eyeglasses because this place was great, especially with her help.She seemed busy with other patients, but she greeted us and ensured us she could get us taken care of. We watched her take her time with the people ahead of us and we were no exception to have the same attentive care. We were in and out fairly quick!I recommend to call and see Tyffani if you can. :)

Walked in to get my glasses adjusted. I was met by a very friendly lady by the name of Brooke. She knew exactly what to do and helped get my glasses exactly how I wanted them. Great staff & service! Thank you

I don't know if she was the manager or not but she definitely should be! i came in today to schedule an appointment for me and my son and i was immediately greeted by tiffany she was there alone but she made me feel so warm and welcomed even with juggling 4 different people at once. she went over my benefits with me in detail i cant wait for my exam
