Called pharmacy 5x and consistently hung up on every time I reached past the waiting cue

I went to pick up photos and my prescriptions. There was no one at the photo counter when I arrived. I waited for a moment and then went to the pharmacy. There was one person being assisted. I waited for 10 minutes and this person was still being assisted. There were four or 5 people behind the pharmacy counter. One helped the older gentleman in front of me. Another assisted three cars in the time I waited inside on the line. No one said "I will be with you in a moment. Or Thank you for your patience." I was not addressed nor was I acknowledged. I left without my prescriptions and went to pick up my photos.
This was another nightmare. I had the worst associate ever employed by Walgreens. She was lazy, condescending, and down right incompetent. I had to go look for an employee to help me. A blind alley cat would have been a better choice. At least the alley cat may not have sneered and pretended they couldn't find my order. My order was second from the top. She found it after she told my I was at the wrong Walgreens. She dismissed me and helped another person. I refused to leave so she told me she just couldn't find my order. She finally decided to stop playing games and give me my photos. This was a horrible interaction. If she wanted to run customers away, she did a great job of that. The only thing she did that was good. She was the worst employee I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Terrible service all around. Walgreens gets an F they failed.

Says they don’t close until 10, but trying to call 30 minutes before and all they do is pick up and put you on hold without saying anything, until they close so you can’t even ask a simple question.

The black girl with the cap or whatever that is on her head needs a new job. She had the nerve to start texting while serving me through the drive thru. I was shocked that she would do that right in the middle of a transaction. Then she had an attitude while informing me that I needed to update my insurance. Ok I will update it but why are you taking it personally???

I had to switch first time I went I was missing one pain pill did not get back with me had to go to the store the pharmacist did not come talk to me personally who feel the prescription the second time terrible

worst pharmacy in the entire county! Never ever will I return. Takes all day to throw a few pills in a bottle….. i’ve heard it was horrible, but had no idea just how bad.

Extremely slow pharmacy. My doctor sent medications that I urgently need in at 3:30pm, it’s currently 8:20pm and I’m still waiting on them to be filled. Was originally told it would be about an hour. So, I called the pharmacy, waited in line on hold for 20 minutes, just for them to pick up and IMMEDIATELY hang up which restarted the process. Back on hold now. I’m close to switching to Walmart’s pharmacy because I am so tired of the excessive delays at Walgreens.

The pharmacists helped me in an emergency with 15 min until they closed. They were so tired but still very friendly and helpful! 12/7/23.

They’re only getting one star because I can’t leave zero. Pharmacy team is rude and belligerent. My mother called to see if they had a prescription in stock as her usual pharmacy is currently out. She just wanted to know if they had it before calling the doctor to have him reroute the prescription. The tech that answered the phone proceeded to continuously talk over my mother and wouldn’t let her get a word in. She then refused to give the information out saying we have to come in to the pharmacy to even find out if they had it. No other Walgreens she called had this policy. When my mom asked to speak to the pharmacist she refused to let my mom talk to them.

The pharmacist here suck because of negligence of paying attention to a prescription and the dosage and the milligrams and the dates field they have lost two customers and I will not be returning to this place for anything when I was not trying to scam or do anything it was time for my medicine and they could not understand the difference between 15 mg medicine and 10 mg medicine two different prescriptions sorry pharmacist not really sorry for them they're supposed to be smarter than me and I can say at this point they're not
