New doctor sent over a prescription. Walgreens pharmacy person called and said that they didn't have the prescription in stock and couldn't order it. I asked if they could transfer the order to another Walgreens and they said that they couldn't. After taking to the doctor she said that that was all a lie and that not only could they transfer it to the other location, but that it was a common medication and could be easily ordered.
So basically the person not only lied but was unwilling to help with a basic request.
I advise to steer away and I hope someone in the company sees this and correct this disgusting behavior by this pharmacy!!

This is the worst pharmacy in the area, forget them being closed weekends when all the others are open, or that it closes at 7 during the week while others are open till at least 9, there is always a problem filling prescriptions, and they blame others, when clearly the issue is with them. I’ve called the doctors, called my insurance, and again, the problem is always with the technician’s ability. I clearly need to change to a different pharmacy, and I am, but first wanted to warn others with the issues here. I used them because they were closest, but clearly I’m better off driving further away… And so are you.

I had the worst experience ever in a Walgreens store.. Capital One has a partnership to make cash deposits with them, and the cashier didn't want to help me from the beginning, she said that I had to make a deposit with a smaller amount first even when I was showing her the app and the bar code with all the descriptions with WALGREENS, I wasn't even making a deposit with the maximum available. I told her that I had done it before and she just rolled her stupid eyes... when all it worked out after her manager came to approve it, she just gave me the work attitude... if they don't want to give the service, it's very easy to write a paper and put it in front of people's eyes, that way she doesn't have to work on it and be more friendly. Agh!

pharmacy doesnt care about you or anything you need medicine wise, techs hangup on you repeatedly and then when you call back they pickup and put you on hold.just another chain that doesnt care about anyone but that retialtruly you should go to an independent pharmacy (cannon pharmacy) if you want people caring about their job and not just there for a pay check like the people of walgreens. save yourself the stress and rudeness and do not fill here
