Cashier was extremely racist and short. Did not greet me I had to greet him. I hate that I didn’t get my receipt or I would contact corporate.

The cashier at the front register carried on like a racist red neck. He did not greet me when I entered the store and was standing right at the front register. When I approached the register to check out, he didn’t greet me, I had to speak to him and he didn’t speak back. I asked if the store was completely out of the Extra Speriment gum as there was only one pack left and I wanted to take advantage of the 2 for $2 sale. He never answered my question. I had a beautiful gift bag for a gift, he placed my other items in the gift bag without asking me if that was okay. When I advised that I didn’t want the items in the bag, the cashier huffed and took a deep breath as if he was annoyed. He offered no apology and watched me remove the items from the gift bag and transfer to a store bag which was his job to do. After I paid, the cashier handed me my receipt without saying “thank you” or “have a nice day!”
I was disgusted especially considering how much money I spent this visit and in previous. He had a very nasty and unprofessional disposition and definitely does not need to be working a customer facing job.

I don't know how Walgreens is still in business. Everyone I have used from FL, MI, NC, WA has had the worse run pharmacy. The staff seems nice enough but the quality of work and process of getting your rx filled is a joke. After, constant incompetence I finally bid Walgreens good bye and good riddens. I would caution anyone to get into their pathetic web of service. It could be life threatening depending the meds your on.

I was supposed to pick up a prescription from this location, but my doctors office sent it to the wrong one by error (not this Walgreens fault). I was told that it was ready for pick up at that other location or I could wait 30 minutes for it to be filled, but it would be faster to drive to the other location. When I got there, it was not ready for pick up and there was a 30 minute wait time— same as this one.
I called to have it transferred since this location is closer to my job, and explained the situation. Instead of recommending I just wait the 30 minutes, they completed the transfer and then told me my prescription would be ready in an hour and half. I was promptly hung up on before I could even ask what the price was.
I went inside to speak to someone so I could get the rest of the information that I needed, and the pharmacist interrupted that conversation to tell me it wouldn’t be ready till 2 even though I was trying to get information on prices. This location has extremely poor customer service and unfortunately, their lack of care and consideration delays customers from receiving the medication they need. I will not be returning.

Almost NEVER fills a prescription in a timely manner. Stand in line for 5 minutes and you’ll hear them tell people oh it’s not ready yet give us 30 minutes only to see they haven’t even started yet despite it being the persons pickup time. I myself have been out of medication several times due to their negligence.

Over and over again it takes the store days to fill prescriptions. I have been going to this poplar tent location for over 10 years and for the last year or so it has gone down the drain. We will not be returning to Walgreens. Hello CVS across the street.

This has been my pharmacy for over a decade, but I'm done. Prescriptions take days to get to filled. If you don't call them numerous times, it takes even longer.
My doctor sent a prescription for allergy medication on Friday morning. I received notice on Saturday evening it was filled. It's literally slapping a label on a box and it took that long.
..and I know I won't have to drive up to the store anymore to check on a refill because the cashier loves hanging up on people. Even when confronted in person, the pretty little girl denies it. But reading the other reviews shows she has a habit of doing it.

My family was visiting from Va. and my son had an accident that landed us in the ER on Easter.His prescription wasn’t ready until the next day.We arrived to the drive thru around 11:00am.The technician helping us was a young, beautiful young lady but sadly, her customer service wasn’t the same.She was entirely rude and seem to not want to do her job when we informed her of our 2 insurances.Definitely the worse ever experience I’ve ever had with the company.

It would’ve been nice to know my medication (controlled substance) was on backorder instead of just having it cancelled. It’s been almost a week with no communication at all about my order besides it being Vance in the app which I thought was because the pharmacy was closed due to the RPh being sick over the weekend. I ordered my med again and then went into the store and that’s when they told me it was in back order and they gave no info besides that. It’s mostly frustrating because it’s a controlled substance and I can’t just have it transferred. I have to call my Dr. to cancel the script at Walgreens and see if they can sent it to another pharmacy which can take a few days.

Came in a few minutes before the pharmacy closed and Damen was still very happy to help me with my prescription! Never had problems with this pharmacy, even when busy the pharmacists are courteous and helpful.

Pick a different pharmacy. Medication is never ready. You order refill's and you have to wait 4 days and still not ready when you go to pick up. It's always an excuse "short staff" i have been hearing this for a year. You call and ask about your medication and they are giggling and laughing in the background instead of getting medication ready. Go somewhere else. Not here.
