Have been trying to pick up my prescriptions (for a Crohns flare up) since yesterday evening. Was told there was only one person filling prescriptions that evening (okay fine) but that it would be ready in the morning latest. Come next morning my prescription still isn’t ready so I stop by after work (get off at 6, passed by at 7).. pharmacy is closed despite hours showing open until 8pm. Mind you, one of the prescriptions was only partially filled due to the pharmacy being out of that medication.
I usually don’t have bad service here or with the pharmacy but this has been very frustrating especially because this is the 3rd time I’ve tried to pick my prescription up & now will have to go tomorrow a 4th time.

Stop using plastic bags! Help take care of the environment. There is a better way and you can figure it out.

I just had a horrible experience with the manager Tammy. Teh cashier was very nice but when she called the manager she had attitude from the get go. I had 3 coupons and one didnt scan properly all we were asking was for help. I asked her why the attitude she said my time wis limited, like I was not important or valuable. Please remove this type pf employees. I am a frequent shopper and love to purchase here. But this makes me dought purchesing here again.

Our 2 year old had been throwing up multiple times with a fever. The doctors office worked with me to call it in to the pharmacy. Order was placed in the que at 6:10 my wife went to pick it up at 7. They told her they did not have it. Called the nurse and she resubmitted it to the que to make sure they had it. My wife went back and the pharmacist said they stopped filled prescriptions an hour ago (they close at 8) and would not fill it. My wife tried to plead with her about how sick our toddler was. The pharmacist was incredibly rude and told her it "was not her problem" and that they would not be filling our order for our sick child. The pharmacists here have zero compassion for their customers. We will not be using this pharmacy again.

I’ve never seen a pharmacy run this poorly. No matter if you can ahead for your medicine to be filled or get the automated call that it IS filled, it’s not. It’s always some run around about your insurance or doctor needing to be called or they don’t have medicine in stock. Every month? Every month it’s always something to why you can’t get your medicine when you need it. If you have medicine you can’t go without, do not go here.

I have yet to go to Walgreens and find exactly what I'm looking for. I know I can't take too much time browsing; there's such a variety of items that it's easy to lose track of time!

I transferred here due to another Walgreens not being able to fill my meds for my epilepsy. Now it’s time for a refill and I’ve been on and off (due to being hung up on) of the phone for an hour trying to get my meds refilled. I literally had time to get to Cox Mill HS and pick up my kid from drivers ed then drop him off at home then drive up here. The pharmacist then proceeds to tell me the reason it did not go through and they did not request for another refill was because I didn’t have an active prescription. Well DUH! That’s why I requested for a refill from you and the physician. He then tells me he will submit for a refill but that he has 200 prescriptions to fill. I requested for this yesterday. They still haven’t added it to my app. I hate that I switched! Maybe it’s time to try mail order. Jesus! All I want is my meds for epilepsy!

Do not use this location or any other Walgreens that is for FedEx needs. Depending on the employee servicing you that day will determine if you get helped or not. Went in one day to drop off several boxes the young lady easily assisted, no problem. Went the following day and young man made up a quick lie “ Walgreens do not ship next day packages”…really!?! And when I made him aware I just ship here yesterday same type of label…he came with another lie “some employees will just accept anything”. Well if that was the case you should too! Do not waste your time going there for FedEx needs…..
