I came into the pharmacy around 9:10am on 3/31/25. I stood and waited for about 7 minutes for two workers to finish chatting and laughing with someone who had already finished their transaction by the time I initially walked up. I was finally acknowledged by some older lady with auburn 80s hair, I told her I needed Sudafed you show ID for (because I am sick and congested) and she says “Everything back here you have to show ID for” as if I know that? Didn’t need the snarky little attitude, but ok. Then says she has to consult the pharmacist for me to get Sudafed. I already knew what that meant despite this being the first time in my life purchasing it. Pharmacist with scary mascara comes over and starts asking me symptoms, I tell her I’m congested and whatnot and she proceeds to tell me how I don’t need Sudafed but I can just take Tylenol. Ok, I have that at home. I didn’t come here to get stuff I already have at home that isn’t helping me - I am severely congested. I know they were lying. Lying liars lying straight to my face. Very clearly looking at me like I was up to something. I don’t do anything nefarious like they were suggesting by lying to me and it made me feel less than. But I didn’t have the strength to argue so I just left and drove my sick self to Harris Teeter where I was quickly helped, given the 12 hr Sudafed like I asked AND the lady at Harris Teeter even scanned a coupon for me! And YES - the Sudafed worked just like I needed it to. Still recovering as i type this but I could breathe through my nose!! I get there’s shady people out there but seriously? Terrible incompetent judges of character in the pharmacy. Thanks for having made my day harder but at least I got what I needed elsewhere.

I have been happy with the delivery of groceries until today. There where little ants in two of the bags. The groceries where brought in as the delivery guy was leaving, so they did not come from the ground here. Hopefully they will address this problem.

Never thought I’d have to review a Walmart. I’ve been getting auto services done at Walmart for over 20 years. Every single time I come to this Walmart they refuse me service saying that are booked up with appointments but there’s always 5-7 technicians standing around or sweeping a bay with one car in the whole shop. They look at you and treat you here like you’ve done something wrong by coming in for service. I hope management investigates and opens the shop back up for regular people.

DO NOT GO HERE FOR YOUR AUTO CARE NEEDS, the manager is no help, the technicians are rude, the staff doesn’t know how to properly schedule appointments. You’ll straight up waste your time and better off going to the Kannapolis Walmart.

I attempted to call this store for confirmation of my pickup package. I called for 35 minutes straight and NEVER spoke with a single person. They never answered any of the call, regardless of which dept I chose! Horrible customer experience.

I pay for Walmart + and Walmart in home and every week I either don’t receive all of my groceries or they throw everything in 3 bags so everything is smashed. I will not pay for another year of this. What’s the point when I still have to go out and buy the stuff they don’t bring.

I was in SmartStyle on Friday 25 2024 waiting to get my hair done 🤔Lady comes in with a black stroller this was after 3:30 pm about 20 minutes later she comes out when she went through the security going out the light flashed red made a noise the guy didn't check her 😑 let her go through there were 2 people behind her 🤔What is the purpose to have them there not doing their job 🤔He was kinna tall slim white guy then later a older guy came like 20 minutes after him maybe that's why he didn't stop the the lady with the Black Stroller she had the stroller cover up and everything she's done it before you can tell 😕 it was almost time to get off 🤔

This walmart use to be up the street where big lots was at. Its really old store but they had reopen and change the store on 10/27/23 to represent their store #1027. they remodeled the store but the store smells horrible still. the fitting room could be better if they didn't open the doors and wanting to clean
