I have been having a problem with the self checkouts at this particular store. I have had to go to a store associate and rerun my groceries a second time and the associate tells me I don't have the funds on my card. When I did have the money in my account.

This place is small and doesn't have everything as the regular Walmart store does. Today a lot of lights were off in the meat sections, making me think that maybe the refrigerators were out of order but no one seemed concerned or was checking on anything. This store always has something spilled on the floor, mostly around the produce section.

After buying my grocery, I was told I would have to buy something else to get changed for a ten dollar bill. The excuse was, I am not allowed to open my drawer. This level of service is terrible. Walmart is truly taking advantage of its customers. This is a zero rating, not even a star is deserved.

Poor checkout experience, Employee has bad attitude and thinks I'm steeling every time I ring up my groceries but has never had any proof because I have never stolen. I make sure all my groceries are rang up correctly.

Store is pretty dirty, but well organized. Selection is good here, but you won't find any local brands. Worth the stop, but nothing special

I was here Monday 06/17/2024. Was the absolute worst I've ever seen in this store. All shelves were riddled with empty facings. Even the great value products such as milk and almond milk were empty. I went to the cleaning products area...same thing, outs everywhere. Tried to shop the grocery aisles, again outs outs outs. Horrible!! I don't know ow what happened, maybe a bad night? I have never seen this location so poorly stocked.

Shoppers Beware:
Walmart neighborhood market 3905 Concord Pkwy S. In Concord NC.
This walmart miss shelves on purpose, placing higher marked items in lower priced items sections
trying to force us to buy higher priced items knowing chances are we will take the higher marker item because we just eant to be done.
Once you stand on the fact that the items are indeed priced differently, they try to enforce their missed shelved items policy
that says, if the item you buy is market wrong it's not their problem it's yours.
The prices and inconvenience of shopping at Walmart is not worth it. The savings are not there, the customers service is not there, the care for customers is not there and the stores are always self serve
even if you have a problem it will not get resolved. Walmart doesn't care about it's customers
We are nothing more than a number or head count. Better off shopping at other market places, Food Lion, Harris Teeter, Publix or Aldi
I will never step foot in another Walmart just for loyalty or convenience sake to be inconvenienced and taken advantage of
This drama has been going on to long for me to be a faithful customer to Walmart that clearly cares nothing about loyalty from their customers or the neighborhoods that they setup in.
There are too may other markets to shop. Walmart is not the only one like they think that they are a gift to humanity.
Not another dime of my money will they get. You better check your receipts, you may find that your savings are their savings and they have been cutting you short!
You get nothing but grief! Our money and time is worth more than they give back! Forget Walmart take your business someplace that will appreciate your dollars and respect your efforts to really want to save where you can and not deprive you of it!!!

This location constantly has meat and dairy that are out of date by weeks. We want to pick up lunch meat today and thank God. My husband checked the day because the meat expired on April 22nd. He took this product to the manager and she shrugged it off. He had to inform her that selling products this far out of shelf life could call someone to get sick. This is not the first time that this has happened. Just last month we were in the store and multiple brands of yogurt was out of date as well as the cheese. Don't no longer be shopping here and we'll try my luck at food Lion.
