Terrible experience. Most of their self checkout weren’t working. Had to wait an absurd amount of time to just pay for 3 items, only to get to second in line and the register just magically stopped working and they told everyone in line to just go to another line cuz they couldn’t fix the issue. Multi million dollar corporation and they can’t figure out to have a fast and simple checkout process.

With the self Check out not working there was only 5 cashier open… waiting on line for an hour, I would think the cashier will have a better attitude. But right after I pay instead on turning the bag cart toward me … she said “get it yourself” so rude…. Cashier 7 today was not polite at all and had the worst customer service experience.

I usually use the self service checkout. I have adhd and I’m particular in the way the items are placed in the bags. My go to are the larger counters checking out because I make my trip worth my wild (meaning I have quite a bit) Here lately they have them closed
and I voiced my reasoning to the associate over seeing the registers. She told me I should then go to a cashier pointing to the other end of the store. That’s stupid they only have one or two cashiers and a long line. When I go to Walmart I want to get in and out. Why would I want to spend more time in line than I did in the store shopping? Here’s a thought ……..make self checkouts 10 items or less and have more cashiers working the full service lines. You need cashiers!!!

Horrible experience with their bakery section on thunder road Walmart. I placed an order for a customized cake and on the day of pick up am getting a call saying that they don’t have that specific design. I had to completely go with a different themed cake for my son’s bday which ruined all the plans. When I went to pick up they said their printer did not work so even the other theme which I asked for they couldn’t do and hence did a closest match to that. The manager gave me a compensation of 4$ for this ridiculous service. To make sure that there is no last minute confusion like this, I tried calling Walmart bakery section a day before my pick up, but no one answered. I would never go there in future.

This was the cleanest Walmart I've visited
Though the sociate that assisted me was rather harsh and rude when I asked for assistance.
The door greeter made up for it with her friendly demeanor

2nd walmart ive been too..first one had no workers at customer service. I go to this one and the "money order machine is down". Don't offer money services if you're going to waste ppls time.

Limited help for picked items, limited number of registers open, no shopping basket, only carts.
