Ordered foreign currency & opted to pick-up at the branch. Currency was delivered on 3.6, went to branch on 3.11 to check the status of our order. We never received a phone call or email that it was delivered to the branch.

It’s disheartening to know that Wells Fargo a bank that I have trusted with my finances has awarded someone like Alexa Magana to manage this branch.
Not only was Alexa Magana dismissive of my concerns as a customer she was unwilling to listen and instead asked me to shush. How is it that someone with a distasteful persona and lack of respect for a customer’s experience is managing this branch?
This interaction with management has disrupted my perception of Wells Fargo. I recommend visiting other branches that follow the morals and values of this Bank until they hold Alexa Magana accountable or reconsider management.

The most racist bank I’ve ever been in. If you are a person of color with a large check you might want to go to another bank. They talk to you like you are a thief. No respect or customer service.

Personal banker Isabel L., went above and beyond with my banking needs..
I needed help at the bank and she took the time to assist me..
Also, manager James B., was extremely professional and helped with a notary request.
They both made a stressful day easy for me.

Honestly not shocked to see this location with such terrible reviews after my experience with them yesterday. I walked in with my wife to add her onto one of my accounts and the "banker" walked over to greet us and asked if we had an appointment to which I replied no. He tells me that he has an appointment coming in in about 15-20 minutes but says let me check the schedule and we sat for 5 minutes while he did that. He comes back to us and says that him and the other banker have very busy schedules and they would not be able to help us that day. I find this crazy because my wife and I were literally the only customers in the bank. This forced us to go to the next closest Wells Fargo which was actually busy and had customers inside but they were very accommodating and had us taken care of in 15 minutes. This location needs a lesson in customer service because they obviously do not care about who walks through that door.

Set an appt to make a savings account @1pm they cancel my appt without even letting me know I get there and they tell me to come back at 2:30 first of all waste of gas and if you want me to be a customer at least give good customer service. Literally sick not everyone has all day to revolve around you I know she only did that because she was going on lunch

Wanted to open another business account today, only 2 customer inside 5 employee. Maybe just this branch or maybe because it was lunch time, Was told can't help to make appointment understaffed. DONT MAKE SENSE will been closing my personal and other business account soon moving Bank of America or Truist.

Usually pretty ggo. However, it's Monday, at 430 pm and they aren't open. Guess "banker hours" is a real thing. Maybe change the hours of operation to reflect when you actually operate.

Thumbs up this review to warn other customers - I was a customer back when they were Wachovia - a customer of TWENTY YEARS. Their customer service has been downsized and outsourced into oblivion...completely terrible. It took a week to add my business account, and once set up, I sent a wire transfer. They flagged the wire for fraud and didn't send it. Eight days later, 5 calls, 4+ hours on hold, and I've finally had enough of this bank. It extends to the branches as well. I tried to get a simple notary signature - it was a 2+ hour wait and nothing! Banks that provide such poor customer service shouldn't be in business! It's beyond awful, it's epic incompetence!
