Called in to get assistance from this location , Josh was extremely helpful , returned my call as he said he would and had answers another location couldn’t help with ! Excellent customer service , Thank you josh .

This bank need to update its hours. Everytime I turn around the bank hours are changing every since the pandemic. why is it so hard to update your current hours on Google or your website?

Customer service is in the ground from the start. This morning I called the Concord location on thunder road in Walmart and the girl who answered the phone just acted so unpleasant and seemed annoyed to speak to me. To not inconvenience her, I just said "thank you" and ended the phone call. As someone new looking for a bank in the area, I wouldn't choose this one.

If you ever need to talk to someone on the phone, be prepared to use this app. You'll end up having to call around from location to location. I was there last week. There were 6 staff members and 3 customers. The ph rang and rang & everybody was ignoring it. I've noticed this countless times at different branches. My account has been hacked 2 times in 2 years and I've had the most difficult time trying to get their help. 2 days ago, I went in to fill out additional paperwork. Today, they called and said that my account was negative & wanted to know when I'm going to do something about it. I've been disputing these charges for weeks and that's the only reason why they called? Then I asked if she could see on her end that the charges were being disputed & that's why I haven't deposited the money. Then, they immediately hung up. No update on any of my issues, just hung up. Do yourself a favor and choose a reliable bank. The only perk with woodforest is their hours. This bank is trash!

The manager or head teller on duty at this location needs to do a better job about being discrete when it comes to serious matters. As far as frauds and scams are concerned it's embarrassing enough to be a victim of one but it's even more embarrassing when your teller speaks out loudly about it in front of another customer instead of pulling me to the side and speaking about it in private.

I have been banking since I was a teenager. I find that although this bank might offer services a little cheaper than other banks... IT SUCKS! You can only access their ATM during their open hours so if you get out of work at 7pm you are screwed. You also cannot even DEPOSIT checks OR money into their ATM!!!! How ridiculous!!! The service people are nice that's about the good part and that employees of Walmart can bank there for free. But again, unless you are near a Walmart that still has the bank open, you CANNOT access your ATM. I would never bank here. If you work at walmart, use it! If not, try someplace else.
