“Clerk has Receipt”To me, this is as serious a flag of ‘low quality’ as a dirty bathroom.It is the responsibility of the owners/operators to make sure these critical items are working.Apparently, it remains acceptable to the powers-that-be that the pump printers do not work.

Another gas station that has a bathroom but won't let paying customers use it. There is a grill next door that requires you to buy something from them also, if you want to use the only toilet anywhere around here.
