“I'm sorry if this is a little long. I really needed 2 front tires on my car (like really bad). I called Alray and asked if they happen to have 2 used tires that would fit and they said they did. Once I got there they told us that after looking at them (the 2 they had) one was really good and the other wasn't as good as the first one but still way better then what I currently had. They said that if I wanted it they wouldn't charge me for the one that wasn't as good. I was shocked bc they could have put them both on and charged me for both but they were honest and let me decide if I wanted it. Which I did take both. They were busy so it was a little bit of a wait but it was not an overly long wait.
So here's where it gets interesting I get the tires and leave make it to the car wash in drexel and "the good tire" is flat like flat flat. We had to stop and put the spare on flat. I called and told them and they asked if I could make it back and I said yes. One the phone and in person they apologize several times and I told the guy on the phone, it happens and we would come back. Once we got back they were able to replace both tires with some that were even better and did not charge me anymore.
It was hot and at this point I was just tired and wishing that we could just make some Flintstone tires and not have to deal with tire tires anymore.
My point here is I feel like Alray went above and beyond for us to make it right. They could have handled the situation several different ways and charged me more money but they did everything they could to make it right. Again it was not anyone's fault, things happen but I feel so blessed with the way they handled it.
Thank you guys so much for the way y'all handled it and reassured us that everything would be ok.
From now on anyone ask best place to get some tires this is my recommendation.”
“They replaced a splash guard and changed my
Oil. I had hit a deer a few months again and they noticed wear on the inside of the front tires. They let me know the importance of getting at least two new tires and getting an alignment. I made an appointment and they took care of it immediately. They are the best.”

“The very best service we have ever had. Went in to have tires replaced. Ended up having to have few things done, that came up after they took old tires off. Gave us great deal since everything was open under there anyway-. If they had fixed it we may not be alive now. One of the parts feel apart in his hand, ashe was removing it something to do idler arm, so very thankful 🙏, God had us go yesterday for a reason. It was on our agenda for the end of next month. “I went to have the tire sensor monitors replace and my awd was out of line.i needed a 4 wheel alignment or .y tires would wear improperly. Im glad they caught it because I drive to Charlotte regularly and my tires are relatively new. I also had fuel flush and my car rides better and fuel mileage is better also. Good job Everett Chevrolet.”

“This is an interesting shop. You're definitely in a tire shop in the waiting room, but they've gone out of their way to make it as comfortable as possible, including a pretty impressive TV currently playing Little House on the Prairie. And they have the cleanest, best maintained bathroom I've ever seen in an auto shop. The only downside is it's kinda cold in here, but overall they've gone to great lengths to make their customers as comfortable as possible. That's never lost on me. Great prices, excellent customer service. I highly recommend this shop!”
“Great experience!! We needed replacement tires for one of our vehicles, a Tesla Model 3 Levi Hendrix, the parts Manager was able to research and find the set we were looking for. He then called me and shared when they expect to arrive so that I could schedule an appointment at my convenience. We received text updates upon being received through shipping, immediately after, Levi called to confirm they received them as expected. Alex Guthrie, our Service Advisor met me in the Service Lane, checked us in, and sent the truck back for dispatch to our technician. A little while later, our technician Jacob sent a video while the car was being serviced, letting us know the work would be ready shortly.”
“mechanics are very knowledgable, and seem to have a lot of experience. This was the fourth mechanic I took my vehicle to, after almost a year of trying to figure out an issue with my air fuel mixture. Only took them two days to fix me up and get me back on the road. Would recommend them above any other shop I’ve been to”

“These guys are amazing. We had a brake seize up while driving back to Florida and had to stop on a Saturday afternoon. These guys were so awesome, he went to the part store for parts, fixed it in their parking lot and had us back on the road in less 3 hours. Good mechanics are hard to find, but not in hickory. These are the guys.”
“I had a low pressure on one of my tires. I went in asked if they could fix it. In about 20 minutes or so they came and showed me what was the reason for tire pressure. They kept me informed about what they were doing… I would definitely recommend them”
