“I called to ask for help with a sick alley cat on a Sunday and they made time to see the cat that same day! They treated that cat so kindly and showed so much care.

I was shocked how well the feral cat reacted to its first visit to the vet. I heard they have a designated person assigned to spend time with their patients who are dropped off and have to spend the day with them (such as this cat) and I believe that made this such a positive experience.

“I highly recommend Lenoir Veterinary Hospital! I had been driving over an hour once I moved to Lenoir to continue my animals vet visits and when my cat got sick I did research for a local veterinary. I read the reviews and then I called them. I am so glad I did! My cat and dogs all love it there! The vets are friendly and very compassionate. They have always been straight forward about each visit. I am very thankful that now I can keep my animals up to date and get a quick visit if they get sick in 15 minutes. They are by far the best vet I've visited.”

“after decades in Morganton I drove all the way over to Valdese and am very glad I did. a new pup and a new vet office and I think it will work very well. Being treated with respect is important. Getting me in on same day I called is valuable. Having a vet tech who smiles and listens and understands what is important to you is very valuable. The experienced vet then comes in where I am allowed to be with my pup unlike some places. The professional is also personable and does not lord over or condescend. I was very much relieved to find this place right under my nose all these years. A business of course but one I can work with and respect. They treated me just like I had hoped for.”

When we arrived with our 14 year old Yorkie Nicky, who was experiencing some medical problems, we were greeted warmly. And not long after, we were brought to an exam room. After a short wait, Nicky was given a full examination. We were told what to expect and the medications we needed. I found everyone to be professional, helpful and supportive. When your dog is hurting, it’s emotional and scary. This team treated Sampson like he mattered — and that means everything to me. I’m beyond thankful for the care, compassion, and professionalism they showed us. I wouldn’t trust my dog anywhere else.”
