They really need training in a few areas, and hire someone who likes working with public. They will tell you anything to get you tied up with a contract. I've been with them for over 6 years and I can't wait to finish paying off this last upgrade or find another company to buy out the contract so I can switch. They're very expensive, for the money you pay each month, you shouldn't have an issue about anything 🙄

Olivia was stellar! Very knowledgeable and professional. Handled all our questions with no problems!
We had a less than pleasurable experience in Hickory and almost went to a competitor but decided to try the Conover store and so glad we did! I suggest anyone skip Hickory and go to Conover. THEY are the ONLY reason we stayed with AT&T. This store’s staff is EXCELLENT in all aspects! Thank you for keeping us with AT&T!

We had a wonderful experience! Cheyenne and Olivia both were very attentive and so friendly! Best experience I've had with an AT&T rep yet! We even had an older plan that we didn't know we had and they helped move us to a newer plan which also saved some money since the old plan was out dated. Will definitely be returning to this location to speak to them for any further service needed!

Kaitlin at the Conover AT&T store was super helpful and replaced my AT&T lifetime warranty screen protector with no problem. I had to go here after the AT&T store in Hickory said they couldn’t do it because the “item” numbers didn’t match. What a crock!
