Go to any other AT&T store that isn't this one. They aren't upfront with their customers about exactly what it is you're buying.

John from the Conover AT&T store was absolutely wonderful. Was extremely informative and helpful, friendly and kind. He was so helpful while setting up my new IPhone 15 Pro Max on Monday and was a delight to talk to while we waited for the data between swapping my old phone into the new. 10/10 would go there again

My wife and I went to the Conover Nc store recently to upgrade our phones and purchase a third. We had a very good experience with our salesperson Lauren who was fairly new and still in training. Our experience was the store manager was Brooke was quite the opposite. We were reached out to by the district manager Trish who understands the importance of customer service. She took our complaint seriously and was able to meet our needs as satisfied customers. I would give Trish and service recovery a five star rating. While we were told that the manager would be coached up I’m skeptical in what the results will be. I applaud the effort and dedication of Trish to not over react and work to assist in the managers growth.

We went to this AT&T location to switch cell service and we have been pleased with the experience. The associates there at Conover were very friendly, very knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. We had to order two of the new phones, which we received the next day, and they were very helpful setting them up for our kids.

WORST customer service ever. We bought 2 top of the line Samsung S23 ultra phones on Wed. , 2 days ago. My screen protector was installed by them. Yesterday and today it is constantly coming off. I went to the store and was told they will do nothing to correct this. Only the manager can get a new one for me and she is on vacation. They refused to call another store manager, or bother their manager. The lady layed my phone on the desk, said "here's your phone" and walked away!!!

Me and my wife came into the store. We were greeted by John. He helped us switch from Verizon. Him and the entire staff were awesome. Definitely recommend him!
