The teller Kelly is very rude, she had or horrible attitude and smart mouth. She was very unprofessional.Sad they have a 1.8 review maybe corporate should be involved???We won't even talk about all the data breaches run far.. far away!

I cant offer much of a review on the local branch,my car loan was transferred to them but i was able to set up an online account easy enough and it looks like they do have on line payments so making my car payment should be easy

Drive thru is so slow. Every time I go I wait at least 20 mins or more due to slow service.

We are not impressed with the Conover trust. I requested a money transfer from our savings. Had the cash put in the envelope and it was handed to me. I assumed it was the correct amount that I requested but when I received my deposit slip from my other bank it was short by $500.00. Both banks could not find the error. I still think trust made the mistake. Have since closed our accounts to there.

The most ignorant ppl work at this bank!! Never in my life have I met such arrogant disrespectful bank tellers as I have in here. Shame on them! Unbelievable the way they all act. The saddest part is, I went through BB&T then they switched to Truist bank. Have been with them for over 5 years. Unbelievable

Once upon a time I had sun trust (never had an issue that I remember), so I decided to give Truist a go. I came to this branch to open my new account and the process was very easy and quick. Everyone was welcoming when I came through the door, and Natalie did a great job in getting me in and out. She also went above and beyond helping me get started with my account and answering my million questions. Thank you for all the help.

If I could give negative stars I would. This is the worst bank ever. Everything has a fee, the fees are outrageous and their ATMs never work. Customer service is a joke.

I'm not sure what's going on with this bank. But I called about 9:30 am spoke with Lori, told her my situation and she said she would cay back in a few minutes. Well it's been over an hour so I called back and spoke to Terry. She was very rude to me and said if Lori had my number she would call me when she gets time! Said they were very busy!! Well I'm a customer to and have never been talked to that way. She was trying to hang up on me. They need to get their act together or they are going to lose customers like me!! That's a Fact Jack!!!! ?

Sun trust and BB&T merged. They are closing the sun trust in Hickory but BB&T can't process sun trust accounts for some reason. That doesn't make any sense.

I don't know where to start. I have to call day after day and send numerous emails to even get someone to respond to me. My business checking had 2 unauthorized purchases on it. I filed against those charges and once they were credited back to my account THE BANK CLOSED MY ACCOUNT. I have called and left messages for Lisa Ferguson. I have emailed and emailed her and NO reply. I have checked (donations) still coming in for my rescue that I can't deposit now. There are no other banks that allow Small Business (Non-profit) checking. Where is the customer service in this company ?

how is it that this bank still even exists? There's soo much wrong in this bank? Can't people see it? There're basically money grabbers! They'll talk sooo sweeet and nice to you about a house loan and then BAM! Ask you all unnecessary questions...my retailer even told me he's never seen a transaction taken longer than two months!!!

I want someone to explain to me how it's feasible that a woman without an account with BB&T went into this Conover establishment and cashed a check with no problem and no fee. However another individual went in a few weeks later that had no account with BB&T and was charged an 8$ check cashing fee even after telling the teller that she was in a domestic violence shelter and receiving help the teller didn't even bother to get a manager or to try to help.... she demanded the $8 refusing to cash the check without it. A policy is a policy but you can't pick and choose who to utilize it with. This is a total demonstration of discrimination. Also other branches of BB&T which I won't mention because I don't want them to get into trouble for being so kind said not one word and had no problem cashing checks without a fee. I understand if you're not an account holder with the bank but the person that wrote you the check is and they pay monthly to have an account there and you're still going to charge someone? Maybe that's why BB&Ts ratings are so low.. I think over five points lower than Wells Fargo. You cannot pick and choose who you will cash a check for with a fee and who you wont. I mean what does it depend on what kind of mood you're in that day? What the person looks like? If you're intimidated by the way that they look or if they're too old to Young too black to white? Please do explain how you differentiate what people you charge and what people you don't if neither of them have an account? The Conover branch is ran horribly. If you look through the reviews online, you will see numerous people talk about the branch manager and how they're never available and how unprofessional the staff is overall. I'm appalled..it's a shame and it's also not only unethical but also illegal.
