This four day repair took 2 weeks. I got nothing but excuses when I called for a status update and I had to call them, they never called me to let me know of delays. I still have an imperfection in my door that was repaired but I can’t spare another 2 weeks without a vehicle for them to make it right. I will live with it but I’m not happy with my experience and I can’t recommend them.

The most wonderful staff! The customer service was fantastic throughout the entire process and the work completed was perfect! I would not recommend any other body shop as highly as Black Diamond!

Black Diamond did an excellent job on my Thunderbolt. Will definitely recommend them to anyone. They repaired the front end and hood scoop. I had hit bucket on the road that blew out in front of the truck knocking the paint off. The truck is twenty-two years old. Plus all the bug damage over the years. Awesome work.

They fixed my vehicle after being hit by a deer! They did such a great job! Everything looks so good! They had it back to me at the time they said they would! The people that work there are all so nice. Hopefully, I won't ever need them again, but if I do, they will definitely be who I take my vehicle to!

The Worst experience , and i wont use nasty Words to describe how upset i am , my alfa romeo had a couple of dents and now has grease prints all over the car !!!🤬 , rear window chip !!! and whatever white/grayish Chemical is prints all over ! They drove my car also. My car is now even Worst ! Not sure of i can sue them . I hate my insurance sent me to them for repairs . Can’t upload all pictures but enough .
Bad place for respairs . Do not come here .

Within a year I have been hit three times and have worked with three different collision centers. Black diamond is by far the best. Nathan Coulter Is a heck of a worker and amazing at explaining everything and working with you on issues. I will never go any where else after this experience!

I have nothing but great things to say about this place! Although I did not get any repairs done due to my car being totaled out :(. I do have to say the Nathan and the ladies up front couldn't have been nicer! Very good communication in explaining the process and exactly what was going on with my vehicle. Nathan even helped get things off of my car. Couldn't be happier with the service!

They did an amazing job repairing my car. This is my first car so I did not understand any of the process for repairs and they were extremely kind and helpful throughout the entire process, even when I had to delay the repair by a month due to personal problems. I am so happy with how my car turned out and could not recommend their entire team enough!
