I only went to this store because everything else was closed. Employee was on phone before I walked in. I couldn't find what I was looking for but employee kept complaining on phone about personal issues. When I checked out she charged me full price for items on sale. When I looked at receipt and went back into store she was still on phone complaining. To avoid another wasted trip I tried to call the next night to see if the vendor had restocked products that they were out of. The line was busy all night because employee was on the phone just like the night before. It's one thing to get no service from a lazy employee with a bad attitude but couldn't the manager require the employees to use their personal phones for personal calls instead of tying up a business line. Just because it's night shift doesn't mean customer service is irrelevant. After 13 busy signals I'm just going to go to bed and go to a store that values customers tomorrow.

People who work there are mean and care little about their customers. They DO NOT care about disabled people and refused to help me. Don't go there.

Let me just start out by saying this store is very close to my home and I've had no problems until today at 4:30 . I waited in line for 10-15 minutes waiting to be checked out all I got was a tall beer. The lady had blonde hair and seemed to be new so I have her some slack. When she's checked me out my tot came out to be $4.28 which was wrong because the beer is usually $2.49 . She didn't give me a receipt so when I called the store to let her know she rang the beer up wrong she said she couldn't return it without a receipt!? How am I supposed to get my money back when it was her fault for not giving me a receipt for my purchase? Then she hung up on me and I called back 10 times with no answer. I want to speak with a manger and get my money back.
