I have worked with Pete for over a year and this company has always been there when we need them! Highly recommend Custom for TL loads. They can do LTL if you give them a little time. Great rates too!

From a driver/company, bad communication on taking care of drivers. They do not pay extra if a driver has to load or offload their shipment and call people liars when confronted about it. Did this one load and will never work with them again. Also they like to lie about the sizes of loads then not pay when it ends up being double the size it was on the original rate con and will refuse to send a new one.

From a drivers perspective, somewhat lacking in communication skills. Don't seem to grasp the ramifications of the electronic log drivers have to deal with pickup and delivery times nor on occasion with distance. Complicate driver workload by not working smoothly with drivers dispatch to ensure driver has all information needed in timely and consice manner.
