I thoroughly enjoy digging through all the bins. You never know what kind of treasures you may find. However, it is an absolute Mad house when the employees rotate the bins out periodically. I know it is of no fault to the employees. They are simply doing their jobs. There has to be a safer and more efficient solution. Some of the customers have no consideration of those around them, I wouldn't be surprised if someone gets hurt. I've never in my life seen adults act like hyenas.

Bring your gloves to look through bins and bins of donations. I have found a lot of vintage textiles. You're just going to have to dig in spend some time and you will find treasures

Shoppers are extremely rude here. Pushing people out of the way and stepping in front of you to get to new bins being put out. They post up and clog up the aisles waiting for new bins to be put out. Staff does nothing. Would be a cool place to shop if it weren’t for all the trash that pack a lunch and go there as a job. ?

The resellers taking away from the people who genuinely can’t afford to buy clothing and items elsewhere is infuriating. They stand shoulder to shoulder and will push people out of their way when new bins come out. This isn’t the staffs fault I’m sure you guys are also sick of it but it’s a very unwelcoming and hostile environment

If you want the full experience get there early, maybe 15 minutes before opening, get yourself a cart/buggy and when they open the doors pick a direction that nobody else is heading and go. Soon they will roll out new carts to replace the ones that are there so give a quick browse and then watch for the new carts to come out.

I go here for books but they are 89 cents a pound with the average book being 2 to 3 pounds which comes to almost $3 per book. THATS A LOT FOR AN OUTLET and there is no price break incentive for buying a lot of books... So many books end up in the landfill because it's overpriced. Many other outlet clearance centers charge about 40 cents an inch instead of by the pound and sell a lot more books. Sad id like to save a lot more books but it's just too expensive here.

Previous visits were easygoing and there were no issues aside from the “team” of “shoppers” that are there every day from open-close. They stand shoulder to shoulder (at least 10 people) and don’t allow casual shoppers to pick through the bins until they’ve ravenously searched through them, picking out vintage items or things they re-sell for higher prices online, etc. Additionally, there are very few buggies/carts available because they are sitting in a row the “team” of people set aside so they’re able to continuously shop and keep the cart covered to save for the entire day. This trip was absolutely a thumbs down because I was nearly run over by the older male employee who identified himself as the manager, then changed his mind and said he was the assistant manager. He was pushing a bin up the aisle but I didn’t see him until he was directly behind me. I didn’t know what exactly he was doing so I walked forward to move out of his way. He was obviously perturbed by this and yelled at me for being in his way. As someone with an invisible disability, it’s hard to see & understand that I have cognitive deficits as well as physical disabilities. Mistreatment of people with disabilities is intolerable. Even if you have had a bad day with your staff. That issue shouldn’t spill over into your professional behavior towards patrons. I hope no one else has this experience.

I use to love this store, but after yesterday I will absolutely not be back. When you mark up T-Shirts that are Harley Davidson Brand to $25, that doesn't sit right with me. I buy Harley Davidson Shirts Clearenced at their stores cheaper than your not new with tag shirts. The one that did have a tag was a location T Shirt and they sell for much less in the retail stores. It's not like it was a designer brand. You're greedy and you billionaire CEO needs to take a pay decrease. Also, quit asking us to round up our purchases when 100% of your inventory is donated to you.

Great place to find good deals (if you have the time). However, some of the workers there aren't only unfriendly, but are downright terrifying.

I would've gave this Goodwill a five star but certain employees are throwing clothes to there reseller friends as they roll the bins out...which is very unfair to customers. I wish this would be investigated

It's a good place to go. But you shouldn't have to pay retail price for some of the things.

I've always enjoyed going here but since management changed this last time, the experience drastically took a dive into a stress filled, stiff environment. Everything from prices to customer services has become unstable and unpredictable. I eagerly await the day that my once favorite place to spend my time and money, returns to it's original way of conducting business.
