HELEN at Lovely Nails is 5 stars all the way. This shop is ran by 2 ladies, Mary and Helen. Yes, this is an older building, but there was no lack in QUALITY. Helen has the sweetest demeanor. She was quick, gentle and interested in getting to know me. I will definitely be back. My nails look great!

LOVE Helen and her work! Awesome and relaxing place. I don't get my nails done a lot, but when I do I will come here.
Requested style: I asked for a thinner gel nails and she did amazing!

I have been going there for years for my pedicures. I've tried other places, but keep coming back. The staff has a pleasing attitude & are very accommodating. They do quality work & it's affordable.

No wait time. Staffed with 2 females. I encountered rudness and felt like an intrusion instead of a paid customer. Sloppy work and at checkout she added a tip for herself . I paid , said nothing, but will never go back.

Im seeing some bad reviews on here but ive started going here recently and I absolutely love it they were an hour away from closing on a Saturday when I called the 1st time I went and i got a manicure and pedicure they really did an awesome job and pulled out all the stops they give a really thorough massage on both the pedicure and manicure and the prices are good i highly recommend this place

my appointment was super rushed through, I had a acrylic fill in, you can see where the old nail was and then the new acrylic over it, there is acrylic all over the sides of my nails. 10/10 do not recommend, we went friday morning as soon as they opened. no resson to rush.

Will not go back. First visit. Rude staff, nails look bad. The tech got glue between two fingers. When I asked her if she could unglued my fingers, to my surprise she pulled them apart. Ouch....

These pictures were taken in the parking lot right after my appointment. The acrylic is lumpy and there’s debris or dust painted into my nails. The color is patchy and some nails are longer than the ones on the other hand. I paid $60 for this (including $5 tip that I was asked for, I had no intentions of tipping when I saw my nails) but I’ve learned my lesson and I won’t be back. If I wanted my nails to look awful I would’ve done them myself for free!!

3 stars only because they were the only ones available for me to get nails done after having a really hard time finding somewhere to get my nails fixed. When I ask them to repair my lifted nail they were going to fix with glue...hmmm I can do that myself without paying. Then I ask to change color and properly fix my nail and it would have cost 35 verses the 45 I ended paying for a complete refill.They are lucky there was a atm in the parking lot as their credit card machine was "not working" I know for a fact I will not returning since I was only visiting North Carolina for my sisters wedding. Only come here if you have no choice. Overall not many nail salons in this areaPS. The repaired nail had to get fix again once I got back to florida
