NAPA Auto Parts - Flowers Auto Parts is a real auto and truck parts store. The staff provides excellent customer service and goes out of their way to help. They work diligently to find parts, even very small ones, often saving customers significant money compared to dealerships. They are very helpful and respectful on the phone when checking product availability. If a part is not in stock, they can frequently get it quickly. Customers appreciate the experience and choose to buy what they need there.
Dog give Robert a raise! I was given used brakes from a Napa in Charlotte and didn’t realize it till I was over here to get them changed by my brother. Robert was extremely helpful in resolving this issue and was extremely nice as well! Promote that man
