“Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. I have no experience with automotive paint chip repair, but wanted to try a DIY fix. The staff was very helpful and took the time to explain to me what products I needed and how to use them. The selection of products was excellent and I did not feel like I was sold anything more than I actually needed. Very helpful and I will return for future business.”

“The manager, Kelly, was phenomenal. Not only did she find what I needed, X-I-M, as usual, she made the experience very pleasant. The gentleman that checked me out was very courteous and professional. You just can't find personal attention like this in the big box stores.”

“Maybe experience is based on luck and timing. I did not experience what other low* reviewers did. I was probably the smallest sale of the day because I only needed a quart of a specific color/texture for touch-up in an apartment I recently moved into. They didn't have one of whatever the bargain basement paint that I'm sure the complex uses, but whatever, that wasn't terribly important, so long as the color was close, and it was. Perfect, actually. No waiting other than during the search for the base can. Good experience overall.”
