Lady was great that took us in and did her cleaning. I do suggest to please have a changing table in one of the restrooms being a facility for kids.

today was the second time my 4/o daughter had a dental appointment at this specific location and I could not be happier with the outcome. Every single staff member has been kind, helpful, and informative. My 4 y/o has gone into her appointments with so much confidence & come out very happy each time. I am so thankful we found this dental clinic and wanted to share the great experience we have had so far.

Please do not take your child here. They do not allow you to go back there with your child when they are in distress. They restrain your child without your knowledge, then lie about it. After leaving marks on your child. Dr. Sachin Malhotra was rude and condescending. Just do yourself and your child a favor and stay away from here and him.

I took a two year old in for a filling and it seemed they never read over her file beforehand. They except these young babies to go in without their parents, this is just absurd. Anyways, I took her In and the nurse we got had no patience with her, she just snatched her up and forced my 2 year old to the back room & of course this didn’t go over well with my baby. They gave her back to me tied up in her jacket, and with vomit all over her because she was so emotionally distraught. I’d keep my young babies away from here because it’s obvious they do not know how to handle young children.

We set an appointment and the morning of they cancelled. We got 5 kids out of bed to be there by 8:40 and drove two cars to get everyone there for 4 kids appointments just to be told they sent us a text to cancel earlier that morning. They rescheduled for two 1/2 months away.

Could hear the girls in the back arguing back and forth, the hygienist I guess they were while my child was getting a cleaning its hard enough not being able to go back with my child much less hear screaming and arguing. My child told me they were arguing with the doctor, Very disappointed and will not be returning

I have taken my son to Smile Starters since he was 6 months old. I loved how they would have me hold him and he never cried getting his teeth cleaned. The dentist always answers any questions I ask. The receptionists are very nice. The hygienists and all other staff are so friendly, answering any questions, making my child and I feel very comfortable. Even during the pandemic, they were very kind. Even switching locations, very easy.Yesterday was my son’s first time going back by himself since he is now 4. I couldn’t remember what age he went by himself so I wasn’t prepared but the staff took it with ease, making my son take it with ease. I was so proud with with how well he did!! He was able to see me at the door which helped so much. Every time I gave him a thumbs up, and with the staff’s soothing, he would go get his x-rays, and even got in the chair all by himself! I loved watching as he opened his mouth and let them do the cleaning.He came out running with excitement to show me his clean teeth and all his stickers. Great communication from staff with me about his mouth! A mom wants to know if improvement is needed and they eased my worries. All around very pleased. Thank you Smile Starters!

My children went to the dentist today. The receptionists are friendly! However, Taylor, the dental hygienist is extremely rude and unprofessional! She doesn't practice ethics. She decided to do something without consent! Why ask your patients if they would like something done then decide to do whatever you would like. Speaking about a child in negative light! She really doesn't need to work with children. Now we feel uncomfortable at this dentist.

One of the best dental experiences I’ve had. After expressing that I was a little nervous to get a tooth pulled, Taylor, the dental assistant laughed with me the whole entire time. Never have I had such a great experience at the dentist. Thank you Taylor and Dr. Sachin for making a tooth being pulled into a comfortable situation.

My kid had an abscess on his gum and I booked an appointment online the only place I could even find accepting new patients. They had a same day appointment thankfully and got him in to pull a tooth the next day! The staff was very friendly making my son feel at ease (he’s 7). We both say 5 stars!

They must've illegally pulled my wisdom tooth bc now I'm trying to reschedule another extraction and I'm getting the runaround. I was already confused when the dentist who pulled my tooth didn't administer any anesthesia and i felt ALL OF THE PAIN. I SMELL A LAWSUIT !
