Mira is the nicest postal worker I have ever encountered. She is so kind, and so helpful. I will literally go out of my way to go to this post office specifically because I know that she is going to make it the best experience possible. Thank you, Mira!

Both employees were kind but were not aware of sending a small envelope package as first class (not trackable) and refused to help me with finding a cheaper option with shipping (which would have been the first class option) and only offered the more expensive ground shipping The employees should look to offer better service for paying customers.

Literally had the worst experience today. I've never had to return a package before so I was really nervous and a little confused of what to do as soon as I went in they gave me the most nasty attitude ever about how to package and that I needed to print out my prepaid label. After that I had packaged it in the wrong box and even though they did let me know and told me to use something else when I asked to borrow tape they did not inform me that tape was no longer free instead they told me to just go get a roll of tape off the shelf and use it to tape my label to my package then proceeds to tell me that I need to pay for the tape. Which led me to become confused because they did not inform me that if I use the tape I would have to pay for it and they did not offer or give me any other options regarding using the tape for my package. They could have better told customers that there's no longer offer any free tape and that if you need tape you can either take your package home and tape it and bring it back or you can buy one of their rolls of tape and use it. There was also a woman over there who looks to be in her 40s or 50s who's really rude really inconsiderate and really bitchy. When I told her that I didn't carry any cash with me I was about to pull out my phone and make a phone call and she looked at me and said what are you going to go and get cash or not in the most bitchy attitude ever. Certainly if you are going to act that way and you see that your customer is a little distress and nervous and it's confused you shouldn't speak that way to them.

Conover, NC
For over several years, my neighbor on either side receives my mail or I get there's. I don’t do a lot of online business, so the mail is how I receive my bills and when I do get it , most times it looks tampered with.
We had a great mail carrier, which on her personal time put labels with all names that live at the residence on the inside of our mailboxes , in plain view. What is really going on. I ordered some books for a class and never received them and had to reorder another set.
Y’all should do better, if you don’t like your job please find something you love and do it with more respect, accuracy and integrity.

The two ladies that work at the office are very friendly and I never had any issues with our deliveries. Very pleased with the Conover post office staff and mail carriers.

Found a package on my porch drenched and falling apart because the courier that day left it directly in the pouring rain.....common sense would be to take the package back and try to redeliver the next day.
