It was 5 stars until I found out that you guys fired Robbie. He was the best and the only reason I kept coming back to that location. He was super helpful, always smiled, and explained things and I'm so disappointed to see a company fire what appeared to be a helpful and eager manager. It's like all companies crap on the good employees and replace them and that's why you can't find good employees anymore.

I actually enjoy coming here. Every time I come here it’s nothing but spectacular customer service and great employees! The negative remarks about this establishment are very ignorant and unnecessary. I never have a bad experience here.

They messed up my oil filter and blamed it on the last place I took it. Went back to my normal oil change people and they had no problem getting the oil filter off. I think y'all broke one of the teeth that the wrench fits in. So I have to buy a oil filter cap.

Good team at this Valvoline. They explained everything beforehand including any options I had. The team took the time to explain what was happening during the service. Very timely and efficient and GREAT customer service overall.
