These people working at this store are so rude. I believe they think the public has to just shop their store. Well they're wrong plenty of other places to get medicine. I once called to talk with the pharmacist the person answered the phone said they was the pharmacist, it was clear that it must not have been they had no clue about medicine they probably was still in school . I believe they should have been held accountable for their actions because medicine should only be professional. However who do you make the complaint to when they refuse to get the management when you call they tell lies on the phone. Simple I won't be returning to that location.

If I could give this store a Zero I most definitely would!!!!
Place my order on Saturday for pictures. Okay they’ll be ready on Monday morning at 8:30am.
I walked in at 3:30 pm to pick up my pictures. I was told I wouldn’t be getting any of my pictures???? Because the 8/10 photo machine was Down ??? You have to be freaking kidding ME.
That is the most ridiculous thing I’ve ever heard. I want be back to this Walgreens again.

My spouses pain medication were due on 14th yet they claimed he couldn't get them til 15th. Said his doctor said not fill til 15th. I don't believe that because that would make 31 days since last fill date.these are 30 day scripts. And his doctor gave him his next appointment paper with dates he gets his pain meds. Says 10/15 ,11/14. That's 2 scripts 30 days apart. Yet Walgreens claimed they wrote 15 th on it. And I don't think they did for Nov. We called Dr. Office they said would send over another for 14th. Yet they never did fill it. Now he's starting withdrawals. It's not a good thing. Going a day and half with no meds.

They never keep my daughter's medicine in stock. It is EVERY month that they are out of it. Also, I can never get anyone on the phone when I call. For example, I just spent 41 minutes on hold waiting to speak to someone about if her medicine is in stock now, and NO ANSWER! Also, the person working the window always looks absolutely miserable to be there. And God forbid, you have any questions for them. I am changing pharmacies! This is ridiculous!

I'm a door dasher.....I wanted to use the restroom before going to get my customers items. They closed the restroom and didn't even let me use the restroom. I wanted to relieve myself for quite a while. I hope when either one of you workers are out doing public service you have to use the restroom really badly and when you go into a establishment they turn you away from the restroom. I hope you urinate on yourself.

Terrible store!
I am here from Philly and in over 25+ years, encountering over 3,000 different Walgreens locations while traveling. This stupid location is the very first I've encountered that is NOT 24 hours. Usually a Walgreens pharmacy in a high traffic area closes the pharmacy section around 8pm while the rest of the store remains open 24 hours / 7 days a week.
I must admit the south, has extremely stupid ethics. Businesses closed sundays for no reason. Other businesses only open 12 hours per week. Saw another business only open Tuesdays for 4 hours (how the hell do they remain in business?!) Walmart here even closes.
In real towns/citys Walgreens & Walmart are both open 24/7/365. Just because YOU'RE SLEEPING doesn't mean money isn't still being spent at stores who are smart enough to remain open through the night.
WHY TURN DOWN MONEY?
Southern States = Idiots who lose money!

I've been going to this Walgreens in Conover since I've move down from NY and I've nothing but good experiences here. The staff are always friendly and courteous. The pharmacy staff are the best always ready to help me out with any questions I have.

As other’s have stated EVERYTIME I put a refill in for meds, when I get there they say I cancelled the refill then tell me it’ll be at least 30 min. I have never cancelled one - ever. It’s the same story each time. After these last refills we will be leaving.

The lady with the piercings in her face had the worst attitude and treated me like I was nothing. She got mad cuz I wanted to take two of my blurred photos off of my order and started throwing my things around. And then when I ask for my 8x10 she says you don't have when there's not one I said "yes there is, I paid for it 8x10. so she started slamming the doors of the photo thing and then finally found it, but never apologized. She did not tell me to have a nice day and huffed and puffed the whole time. She was very unprofessional and I will never go back to that place. you need to hire people with some better personalities or you're going to lose more business woman you need to get over yourself

Have made two separate appointments for the Covid booster. First one they made the appt. but then didn't have enough people to give me the vaccine. Made the second one, but when I got there they informed me that they had given them all already and didn't have the vaccine. At first I was told they were making a list I could get on where they would call me for a third appointment when available, but then I was informed they didn't have time for that. Me I'm thinking maybe they need to hire some employees !! Will check on other places, and will be transferring all meds from Walgreens as soon as possible. Very unprofessional !

Wouldn't go here. The pharmacist will make mistakes and when you try to explain (their job to them), they ignore you and continue to say that they don't have your prescriptions when in fact, they do, and then deny filling other prescriptions because they have a personal issue with you. Oh and the pharmacist won't even tell you, she'll send one of the little techs to do it for her when you're there to pick up your medicine. Don't go here.
