What I thought to be a nice family owned store turned into a big pile of shit. They do not honor your money back on supposed to be a better quality product " Stihl " on same day as purchased. That's doesn't say to much about them as being an honest retailer.

This is a great place to find just the right thing and get the help to find just the right thing and then the patience and ability to explain how to use just the right thing.Truly an old fashioned hardware store that not only provides the service but also at a great price. A great selection of products as well

Surly customer service. The smiles are disingenuous, and it feels like they really don't want to serve the customer. Besides that, the prices are much higher than the big box stores.

Amazing people. I went to get a duplicate key and they did an excellent job. The shop folks were very helpful, answered all my questions and even offered to get me a replacement for free if the key doesn't work - remember I went there for a single key. No wonder these guys are highly recommended in that area...
