“I was shopping for about 30 minutes and went to get in line to check out when there seemed to be a little issue with a woman in line. The customer’s companion was being rude and she was rolling her eyes at the staff member at the register. The employee, Ms. Francis, explained the hold up and saw to everyone’s needs in a respectful way, even as she was being criticized.I wanted to leave this review to point out what I saw as exceptional customer service. The employees here always seem to be looking out for everyone including aggressive customers. Well done Oak Street Antiques!”
