Harrison took extra time opening up multiple accounts and then set up our on line banking. Great service with a regional bank. Much better than the mega banks. Keep up the great job. The cream always rises to the too!

I hope I don't even have to give any stars. I have never seen a place go so far down hill after ownership change IN MY LIFE and I have been through 3 myself!! THE WORST customer service, absolutely NO INTEREST in retaining clients, I am only the 2nd person THIS WEEK I know if that will be closing there account after being a customer for over 10 years. The response when a customer says they're moving their accounts? Let me get that paperwork for you. ???!!! *one star required but NOT deserved

Do not use this bank. Per branch manager, it's human for tellers to give out too much money and then ask you back for it the next week. Not when you have a cash counting machine and you count it back twice.

Always prefer local banks. When I go to UCBI I feel like a customer not just an account number. Carol is always available by phone or email to answer any questions I may have.

Ok so first of all, they don't do in-house cards, you have to wait for them to be mailed. Which, fine, whatever. Except for the fact that it took them three tries and TWO months to send my card to the right address (even though my address has not changed). So I had no digital access to that money for two months and had to take cash out all the time. On top of this, yesterday I deposit a check and say "it will be processed by 12AM tomorrow". Well, 10AM rolls around and I call to see where my check is. "Sorry, we can manually put it in in and it will drop within the hour". Two hours roll by, nothing. I call again, I am told that actually there was a power outage, and that no one knows how long it will take for me to get my money. I still do not have my money. I am switching banks as soon as possible, but for now I am stuck in limbo waiting for my check to arrive ~maybe someday~????

Just when you thought that the home town bank feeling and customer service had all gone, then here comes Aquesta, I have done banking at many places but the Cornelius Branch of Aquesta has gone far above to handle any and all kinds of issues that I have had. Thank you so much Rhonda, Robin, and Ji for restoring my faith in how banking should be, about the customer. I would highly recommend!!

I am totaling impressed by the service my business and I have received by Aquesta Bank during the COVID-19 Pandemic. They were easy to work with and helped me get my PPP loan and worked with me to manage payments on my commercial real estate loan so we could all move out of this whole. Very responsive!!
