The folks at the Cornelius Truist Branch are amazing! I don't live in Cornelius but I will go out of my way to go there for any type of transaction that requires a visit to the branch. They are fast, efficient, helpful and - most of all - always cheerful and welcoming! I've been there when it's quiet and I've been there when it's busy: customer service is always top notch. Thank you!

My old leasing office was trying to say that I did not pay my November rent. I called the bank and Lesley was able to send me my proof of payment in 2 minutes. Truist in Cornelius is the very best bank. Thank you Lesley!!!

This place gets ZERO stars. I have been a member with BB&T for 10 years. The bank closest to my home denied me getting money out of my account. Being that I have been a member for 10 years I am aware of the policies and possibly that policies can change. I went this evening to get money out of my account because the bank I have been with for TEN years keeps sending my card information to my street address and not my PO Box more than one time. Needing money for gas while waiting for my card I knew one time before in my TEN years , that I could use a verification questions to access my account. Was told by one person the policy has just started where they needed my ID. The second time I asked someone and they told me the ID policy has been there all along without verification questions. I was denied access to my account.Being a African American woman , I personally feel like I was discriminated against being that the lady ( black hair ), said she was new automatically denied me. Called the BB&T in Huntersville( customer service is terrible) but they knew their policies. They gave me the option for Verification question Being a single mom this has me very upset and considering going to a new bank. I cant suffer with this bank another year.

Spoke with Sarah Pope about cashing bonds. She told me to sign the bonds and went to get the information regarding the procedure. She returned and advised that the bank could not redeem the bonds which turned out true. However I was not suppose to sign the bonds before sending them in. I called and left Sarah a message asking for assistance since I signed the bonds at her direction. Mind you I am a customer of this bank and specific branch. Sarah did not call back and no one at the bank offered any assistance so what I am suppose to do with improperly signed bonds at Sarah’s direction and no one to assist me. This is what you should expect when banking with BB&T. Just letting everyone out there know.Joe Reiner

I've visited this branch a few times over the past couple of years. Anytime I've come in most all of the staff was courteous, helpful, and professional. I'm usually helped by the tellers or the young, blonde banker. A few weeks ago I came in and another guy I had never dealt with before was in the bank. He's a heavy guy with dark hair and glasses -- the teller told me his name was Mike and he was the manager. He was loud, kind of obnoxious (I could hear him making rude comments about other customers to another fellow that works there). I was shocked that a member of management was behaving so unprofessionally. If I could review only the tellers and the blonde banker, I'd do five stars without a doubt. But the manager and other banker (who seemed inconvenienced when he had to help customers) deserve a much lower score. BB&T should do a better job of ensuring their management treats staff and customers better.

I have been in business for over 20 years and I have to say BB&T is the best bank I have ever worked with. Their banking philosophy is based on relationships and the people at this BB&T branch, especially Mike Dixon does an outstanding job managing these relationships. Mike has always treated with me respect and kindness when I go into this branch. In addition, he is available anytime for questions or concerns I have with my account. I would highly recommend this BB&T for going above and beyond customer service , as they make life easy. I am so glad I made the switch to BB&T a few years ago and have to pleasure to work with the great people at this branch.

My husband has been in business for 15+ years. Mike Dixon has always and continues to handle us and his clients in a very professional business manner. If you are ever in the need of a banker that will go out of their way, Mike at BB&T is the one for you.

My husband went to this branch to apply for a commercial loan. Mike Dixon took his information to submit to to underwriting. He claimed he worked with other Class A Drivers and he helped them get loans for truck and that he could help him. He did nothing to help him, he wasn't accessible, wouldn't answer his calls or respond to them. My husband emailed him to ask for status of his loan request, he emailed him and said it was denied without any explanation. My husband called another branch and they told him why he was denied.
