We are a couple that are now residing in Europe, but are US citizens and have a business and other official business in North Carolina. This group has provided magnificent service for us. It has been easy to deposit checks remotely, have mail re-routed and mail sent by courier or USPS that we have emailed them from Europe. Very responsive, very flexible, very good communicators! I can't recommend them highly enough! You're in good hands with this superior team!

This ship store is fantastic! Michelle is beyond helpful! She makes sure you are taken care of and is always willing to assist. The store is also fun to look around- a lot of cool gifts and card grab bags. So happy this store is in Cornelius. I definitely recommend for all shipping needs- big and small!

Terrible store. No one is wearing masks which is in violation of the mandate and she told me I couldn’t ship it in the box it was in. She was trying to force me to buy something because the return email from the company said to put it on the box so she was clearly incorrect. Then I needed help printing the label which she wants to charge 50 cents for....for a single piece of paper. Will not be using this store again...ever. Ups does all this for free

The lady picks a chooses whos she is nice to obviously. She should wear a mask not only because there's a thing called a pandemic going on but it would help hide the negative facial expressions.
