“Catering food from NY Butcher Shoppe Cornelius is a fabulous way to serve delicious high-quality food with ease for the hostess. They recently prepared a variety of catering items for a reception hosted by me and every dish was enjoyed by all. The charcuterie board for a group was a huge hit, and the chicken Parmesan disappeared quickly, special touches like fresh off the block Parmesan on the Caesar salad were noticed by my guests. They have an extensive catering menu and are very friendly when answering any questions you may have. Definitely 5 stars!”

“Absolutely wonderful experience walking into Steve’s shop!! He is amazing and Auntie makes the visit more wonderful!!We talked meat and I decided on an 80/20 chop meat. I asked Steve to add anything he thought would make the perfect burger and I have to say he succeeded!! I fried my burger medium rare with a crispy outside added a dash of salt pepper and a sprinkle of garlic. I served it on toasted white bread and it was a divine experience.As a side I fried a half a piece is his 5/16th/1/2” cut if applewood bacon and life was complete!! This was complete happiness and Steve had earned a life long customer.Make the trip it’s worth the ride.”

“I've been buying my meats here for a few mths now. I want to buy local and you can't bet the 5 for 34.99. I'm a family of 4 and 2 chicken breast will feed us and leave leftovers, love the hamburger meat is light And soft not hard and heavy. I would give 5 stars but the guy usually checking me out doesn't speak and I would like to ask question about the meat as I'm interested in getting a whole cow. Thought nah he could point me in a good direction. I'm not saying this to be mean.
