I wasted four hours of my time driving to the closest branch which was an hour and 20 minutes away. To get an insurance check endorsed by Chase. And then I was told I couldn't do it because my name was not on the mortgage. It would have been nice to know that before I wasted 4 hours. Did inform them that I wasn't on the mortgage before I came down. Even though we could have mailed it in and they would have endorsed it and mailed it back. How does that make any sense. Just wasting my time and money. Out of vise against having any dealings with this bank.

Horrible customer service from an employee and manager. Very unhelpful and poor problem solving skills. Will not use this branch again.

Amazing customer service … beautiful layout / design inside the bank. They have a lot of no or low fee accounts and services as well. You can tell the staff is more educated than most competitor banks from the second you walk in. They seem to care more … Chase is NOT a snooty or stuffy bank with arrogant snobs making middle or lower class people feel insecure with looks and snide tones of language. They seem to treat everyone the same which is refreshing. Thank you Chase for giving me many reasons not to question my choice in banking institutions from here on out and I can bury that concern. Please stay on it though … don’t meet your goals and then get sloppy or greedy with fees and service. I trust you won’t drop the ball.SincerelyMichael

Well this location is not good if your trying to use the ATM after hours. The door uses your debit card to let you in to use the ATM’s is broken! Tried it once and it worked, but wouldn’t you know it when I really need to use it before my flight leaves, well it wouldn’t let me in!!! I don’t know why there are not that many locations here in NC near me that I can go to. This is the only one! Such a bummer. The crew here inside are very nice though, just wish the after hours atm was easier to use.

I can not say how happy I am with this bank and their customer service! Tom is amazing! Hard to find this level of customer service at a bank.I just shut down my business account at Truist. They have the worst customer service and it was the worst experience.I was afraid to change but I am so glad I did. I wish I would’ve done it a year ago!

Excellent service today when opening a new account. Tom was very good to work with. I was greeted by 3 people when I walked in the door. Even the manager stopped in to ask if I was being taken care. Very nice people and very professional.

I've been doing my business banking with Chase for some time now, however, the banker I worked with to open up an account for my company was for some reason unable to correctly scan essential paperwork that another branch required to proceed. Additionally, the hard copy of the form I filled out in his office is for some reason gone.After not even being able to return his call, due to an automated message that told me to either use the automated account system or call back later, I finally got through after 40 minutes. He said the problem could be resolved without me needing to drive what would be easily over an hour in afternoon traffic, however that wasn't the case. He said he would email me the form and I would have to print, scan and sign and then download an app so I could send it back to the Cornelius branch.Interestingly enough, the Chase branch in the state my business is in had never even heard of him. I doubt I'll use the Cornelius branch again and I and my business associates may even pull our accounts and go elsewhere.
