I had high hopes for Classic Bride, but my experience didn’t live up to expectations — especially considering we booked the appointment a month in advance.
The night before our 2pm appointment, we received a message around 9pm saying they needed to cancel due to “unforeseen staffing issues.” Since I’m not local and couldn’t reschedule, it was frustrating. Had WE cancelled on them, we would’ve been charged $15. While there’s a $15 appointment fee (refundable if canceled more than 24 hours in advance), I appreciated that they eventually found someone to keep our original time. That said, my name wasn’t on the welcome board with the other brides, which made it feel like the appointment had been thrown together last-minute.
Ahead of the visit, we sent several inspiration photos of dresses from their website and were told those styles were available — but when we arrived, only one of them was actually in stock.
The try-on area felt cramped and dimly lit, and there wasn’t even a platform to stand on, which made it hard to get a good sense of how the dresses looked. Many of the gowns I tried on had broken zippers. A large portion of the selection featured designs from their in-house label, Maegan Kelly, but the quality and variety didn’t meet my expectations.
The associate who worked with us was kind, but not especially helpful throughout the appointment, so my mom had to assist me quite a bit with zipping/unzipping/hanging dresses.
Of all the bridal shops I visited, this one fell short in terms of organization, selection, and overall experience. If you're local, you might have more flexibility — but if you're coming from out of town and hoping for a smooth, well-prepared appointment, I'd recommend exploring other options first.

As a hair and makeup artist, I see many wedding gowns but wanted to share the amazing feedback I have received from brides shopping there and the beautiful pieces I have seen at weddings and photoshoot. They clearly care about the women that shop with them and ensure they deliver top notch service to all brides!

Even though I didn’t buy my wedding dress from Classic Bride, this boutique left such a great impression that’s it’s prompting this review. Unlike other shops, this boutique has a gifted in-house wedding dress designer and the dresses are made in house as well. They also carry dresses from a few other designers, but I was drawn to the gorgeous in-house designs. They are beautiful and incredibly well-made. And if you want big or little tweaks, the designer can help you with any alterations to make your dress perfect for your special day. Best of all, you don’t have to mess with going to a separate alteration shop. In the end, I didn’t find a dress that was my perfect match, but I’d recommend a visit. Ask to work with Kathy - she was fantastic!

My first wedding dress appointment was here, and it was such an incredible and personalized experience. I found the ideal dress and veil for me. The staff is attentive, kind, thoughtful and professional. I was a bit nervous and overwhelmed and everyone made me feel so comfortable. Thank you Phaedra, you are incredible and patient. Thank you to Meagan as well for the beautiful dress and veil I chose for my day. Your designs are stunning and so great to meet you. They even stayed open late for me to pick up my dream dress. I am so appreciative. If you have any doubts of picking this place for your next appointment...don't. Thank you!

I cannot recommend this bridal store enough. Coming from a insanely last minute bride , Courtney was my lifesaver. They have gowns you can buy off the rack same day and they will do everything in their power to help you in every way. Thank you guys for everything!

I had the most amazing experience at Classic Bride and cannot recommend them enough! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and taken care of. Courtney was absolutely incredible to work with—she was sweet, patient, and extremely helpful throughout the entire process. She went out of her way to accommodate my needs and really made me feel at ease while trying on dresses. While I ultimately didn’t end up choosing a dress from Classic Bride, I would still highly recommend them for both their exceptional service and the overall experience. Their custom dress option is also super unique and the price point is unbeatable for the high quality you’re getting. If you’re in search of the perfect gown and a stress-free shopping experience, Classic Bride is a must!

We had such a great experience at Classic Bride & CB Boutique! Courtney was so kind and accommodating, even letting us stay past closing without ever making us feel rushed. She made our bride feel so special and gave us the space to pick out dresses for her, making sure she could try on as many as she wanted. The boutique itself is beautiful, with a stunning selection of wedding dresses, including custom Meagan Kelly designs, so unique and elegant.
They also have a separate clothing boutique, and my friends and I had the best time shopping there as well! So many stylish pieces and gorgeous accessories made it such a fun experience from start to finish. If you visit, ask for Courtney—she truly made the experience memorable!

I had a fantastic experience shopping for my wedding dress at Classic Bride. Variety of options and all within a reasonable price range! I had the pleasure of working with Heather while shopping for my wedding dress after finally narrowing down the perfect dress for me. In addition, having the opinion of Meagan, the in-house seamstress, available for questions while she was off on Sunday was such a plus. I look forward to working closely with Classic Bride for my special day!

I am having a 20 year vow renewal in August and came here to find a dress with my best friend. She lives in this area and I live in Texas. This was the most fabulous experience. I walked in thinking I was going to buy one dress and ended up buying two…one for the church and one for the reception. Courtney was absolutely fabulous and so helpful. I am so thankful that we came here. Such a great time.

The wonderful staff at Classic Bride truly made looking for my wedding dress a luxury experience. They paid attention to the little details like letting me choose the music, offering mimosas, and even a welcome gift. I felt celebrated for who I am and they were willing to make all of my ideas a reality. They were willing to work with designers and accessories to make the dress I had imagined. This small business truly cares about making their customers feel beautiful and welcome. I could not recommend them more highly.

We had a great experience dress shopping at Classic Bride!! I took my mother, MOH, MIL, and cousin. Rose was so kind and reassuring to us. Once we left Classic Bride, I knew we made the right decision with shopping there for my wedding dress. The dress came in very quick and communication for picking up the dress was easy! Prices were affordable and ranged depending on budget which was nice to see.

Classic Bride is high class with service that is impeccable. From a simple need with steam cleaning a bridesmaid dress they took care of me as if I had been a long standing customer. Ease with contacting them, even offering same day service (though I opted out because I had other errands) and the ample parking behind the store made everything convenient. Thank you for making my first time being a bridesmaid an effortless one. You will not be disappointed.
