My husband and I had a very good experience at the Cococo location in Nashville. The furniture in their show room is beautiful and when you sit on any of their pieces the high quality is obvious. In addition, the purchasing process was pretty refreshing in that there’s no pushy sales tactics or round and round negotiating. Lilli was very knowledgeable of their products and was able to suggest options based on our stated priorities for a couch. We won’t receive our couch for a few months so I cannot comment further, but if the quality is the same as what we saw in their showroom it will be another 5 stars. I’ll comment again when our couch arrives.

Steve and his staff were awesome! Steve introduced new fabric ideas which were really something special. We were welcomed with open arms and they took a genuine interest in our project offering several ideas and discussing details.

High quality furniture with excellent customer service. Will not shop elsewhere. Moving out of state and had to sell my original Cococo furniture. Placed order for new sofa and loveseat and I know I will be thrilled! Of course my “old” 4 year old furniture sold immediately (pictured below).

We purchased our couch 5 years ago. Problems started in year 2 with the support frame not doing its job. Twice 2 guys with a small truck came from NC, took the giant couch (105" long and double depth), put it on the back of the truck and drove off. 2 times they rebuilt the inner frame. Now it is not level, scraped the wood floor and I learned the leather I thought I had order, was not what I received. The top color of the leather is simply wearing off. Even though the issues have all developed in the warranty period, the company has never actually corrected the issues with this couch. Complete disappointment in this company. This was a large purchase failure.

We have been purchasing sofas from Cococo for over ten years for our personal home, as well as for clients and are extremely happy. Our own 10 year old Chesterfield looks and feels as new as the day we bought it, and has withstood 3 couch loving dogs without any issues. We are on our 3rd personal sofa from them (all have been different styles) and won’t ever purchase anywhere else. They have comfortable, stylish options and have extensive knowledge in fabrics and make the choosing process simple. They’re never pushy, are very informative, and their quality and affordability speaks for itself. We highly recommend.

I went to COCOCO because I had experienced one of their sofas in a VRBO. Our experience in the showroom was just as comfortable as the sofa itself. It felt like visiting a friend who had loads of knowledge and myriads of seating and leathers to try out. I felt guided and encouraged rather than just another sale.
