I was moving from Winston Salem to Davidson. Cindy was great. She was helpful, guided me to a unit that I really needed. She made the process very simple. Explained everything I needed. I had to make some other arrangements so she held my unit for a week. When I returned the next week Angie helped me. She was terrific also. She worked with me to set up my account and get me all set up with the unit. Both of them were wonderful. It was a great experience and I will recommend CubeSmart to all my friends.

The CubeSmart is very nice and clean. They were very welcoming and they knew their jobs very well. I had no problem and had my unit in less than than 15 minutes. Very nice workers.

Cube Smart was a pleasure to deal with. We were fortunate to be able to find a space at the last minute. We had some things that didn't fit in the storage container we we would be using for temporary storage between housing. I initially booked online but called with some questions. We ended up booking a different unit and the agent stayed on the phone while I finalized everything. Then, a couple of hours later, the manager at the local location called to speak with me and verify things on her end. She was very friendly and helpful. I really appreciated all of the help, especially because we were under the gun to get this all accomplished in a few hours time! I highly recommend Cube Smart in Cornelius!

We have been very impressed with the quality of service at CubeSmart. The staff, Cindy and Angie, have been terrific and it is reassuring to know that the site is secure and that they monitor it. We forgot to lock our unit recently, and Angie called to remind us. We are very appreciative and highly recommend CubeSmart.

We recently got a parking spot and a storage unit at the CubeSmart location, and the experience has been nothing short of excellent. Ms. Angie is always such a great help—she’s kind, professional, and goes out of her way to make everything smooth and easy. It’s rare to come across someone who consistently provides such a high level of customer service. The facility is clean, well-maintained, and secure. Highly recommend this location if you’re looking for reliable storage with outstanding service!
